»»————————- ♔ ————————-««Astrea's breath caught between her chest as the red began to erupt from Vladimir's wand, pointed straight at her, wedged in between the boy's desired target and him. Her fingers scrambled at the floor for a grip on something to deflect the jet of red coming fast at her, a distinct feeling of foolishness gracing her as she realised that she could not do anything before the flipendo landed. A moment of youthful impulse, with all the memory of reading about daring deeds and yet never having the experience or logic that it would even work-
Shoot-
And with a crack of impact, Astrea went airborne, her feet swept out from under her as she got tossed like a ragdoll. Her entire sightline went blurry with motion, jaw snapping closed in alarm as all the wind in her was blown out- for the briefest second she was back in the grounds as the sun began to set, entranced as this exact same spell struck her.
No amount of bracing could have prepared her for the landing. A harsh thing it was, sending her skidding and rolling for a few blinks until she had stopped, splayed face down with a halo of deep ebony hair hiding away her face from view. Her wand lay only a few inches away from her left hand, having clattered from her the moment she struck the floor. Ouch-
The foul taste of salty metal washed over her tongue as she curled into herself, she must have bitten it sometime between being sent flying and stopping into a heap. Distantly, she was eternally grateful that she had girded her skirt up so tight in frustration. Distantly, she wondered if she should have regretted her decision.
No. Some part of consciousness yelled at her, screaming that this had to have happened- no matter the nasty bruises that would appear soon enough, no matter the aching that would take its hold upon her and make everything all the more difficult- because she was not sure if Anastasia, in such a state, could be as unfazed. Take the blow. Take the damn blow, lily-livered bore.
Her chest felt as if a band was pressed against it, air squeezing itself forcefully in and out as she attempted to regain her breath, shaking the hair out of her face in a slight daze. Through rapidly-clearing vision, she could see the venomous figure of Vladimir, clad in black and stuck dancing upon the chaos that was the dancefloor, wand pointed directly at Ana even after she had taken the first blow. The damn ratbag- Astrea pushed herself off the floor with her forearms, her own wand suddenly seeming to appear in her clenched grasp with the speed she lunged to snatch it from in front of her. Screw this. She levelled her instrument directly at Vlad, a dark glare forming upon her dolly features that only spoke of a thirst for retribution.
The persistent fool, only causing more trouble- She could not shoot at him with the intent to attack, for she had tried to do the same thing right before the lights went out and absolutely nothing had happened. But she was no idiot, her strategy skills had been vastly improved with her participation in S.W.A.G. Counter, that was the plan. And if the nasty thing were to dodge, well. She had a wand, a self-decided defensive mission to carry out and a whole boatload and a half of building spite.
"Expelliarmus-"Active Action: Attempting to disarm Vladimir.
TLDR: Astrea's sent flying from Vladimir's flipendo, which only makes her even more enraged. Some sort of righteous defensiveness grips at her and she attempts to fire back, aiming to disarm the attacker.

People were funny, really.
The world Ruka had grown up in had taught him that if you wanted something done you needed to be doing it yourself because people didn't usually care much for things unless they directly benefitted themselves. That was a fair stance to have, something he tended to cling to himself in dangerous situations, but there was a strange benefit to human minds in the act of doing something heroic that he couldn't really understand.
People loved to see themselves as heroes, the one who saved the day, the one who - against all odds - prevented the world from falling into complete disaster. It was that longing to be the person who was owed eternal gratitude, Ruka believed, that had drawn people to Victor like moths to a flame. The girl who appeared to have wanted to perform CPR on the burnt boy just minutes before clearly had had no idea just how harmful her actions could have possibly been, the other girl who'd come to let Ruka know that Victor needed to get to the Hospital Wing like he wasn't aware of that already was more talk than anything else, and then there was that Slytherin Prefect, Nico, on her broom, suggesting to pull an unconscious boy onto it she could fly him back to the castle like that wasn't going to bring too many risks to count with it.
They had all arrived at the scene without a single idea of how to correctly deal with a burn victim but with the heroic intention of helping anyway, even if it would end up causing more damage than anything else.
People loved feeling like a hero.
It wasn't something Ruka could particularly relate to. Heroism was stupid and life threatening in so many ways that he valued strategic retreat far more than any pretence of pure intention. Even with him being here, dabbing orange paste carefully across Victor's skin, he couldn't say he was doing it to save a life. He wasn't hoping for gratitude, didn't have any personal attachment to this boy that would make his well being of much importance to him. Did he want anybody to die at this ball? Certainly not, but it wasn't like it was his responsibility to keep anybody alive either.
There was a single reason for why Ruka was here and trying to help, and it was to be found in the tremble of Jack's voice as he'd called out for him, desperation evident as it broke through the heavy smoke lingering across the field. Loyalty was nothing the Gryffindor had ever associated with himself before, not until having made the kind of connection he'd made with his Slytherin counter part, but it was in this moment, as he was kneeling on the ground and silently cursing people for their stupidity, that he realised that there was no escaping this kind of attachment anymore.
It wasn't like people hadn't realised it long before he himself had; Rafa having called him a dog, Flash's clear annoyance with his displayed loyalty, Lestrange urging him to start thinking for himself one day. He was aware they all thought he was nothing but a lost, confused stray following Jack around wherever he went in a desperate need of approval, but there was more to it. A selfless urge to keep the Slytherin out of harm's way, to make sure he wouldn't throw himself into more stupidly dangerous situations than strictly necessary without much regard for his own safety; Was that what it was like to be an older brother?
A display of unconditional loyalty?
His trail of thought was interrupted by the departure of the girl who'd talked to him like he had no idea what he was doing, somewhere at the back of his mind registering that she was trying to get a teacher to help. With a little sigh, Ruka abandoned his initial idea of trying to lift the boy up, wrapping his arms around himself for a moment in a gesture of comfort.
His eyes stayed drained on Victor's lifeless form for a long while, skimming his skin for any signs of improvement, but for the moment there was nothing, and Ruka felt himself genuinely concerned by the thought that all his efforts could have been in vain. There was nothing else he could do, however. he didn't have the right resources to help more than he had, so he was just going to stay and make sure nobody else was going to get any stupid ideas to get this boy killed by good intentions.
It was only when the Professor arrived that Ruka actually looked up again, eyes glassy with the sting of smoke burning away at his irises. This was a good thing, he told himself as he watched her draw her wand to cast a spell on Victor Ruka had never heard of before. A teacher knew what they were doing, and this one seemed quite confident in her instructions. Her words left little room for argument, whether her spell was actually successful or not, but Ruka couldn't help letting his eyes drift across the pitch in search for the person he was trying to be at least somewhat useful to.
Jack had seemingly done his best to collect all the semi burnt colour changing roses he could find for reasons Ruka couldn't quite understand but decided not to judge anyway. In a school full of magic every single piece of something could be of immeasurable importance, so who was to say those flowers weren't?
That really wasn't the thing that concerned Ruka about the Slytherin's actions. It was the way Jack had eventually turned to face a massive white snake who seemed to possibly have been charmed to attack the overgrown insects buzzing around the pitch like it was the most enchanting thing on the planet, going so far as to going into an almost crouching position as if getting ready to capture it. It didn't seem like the boy was inclined to move, at least not towards the exit where he was supposed to be heading, and there was not a fibre in Ruka's body that was willing to let Jack linger around the pitch in that state.
"I'll just... I just need to get someone. I'll be right back," he told the girls and the Professor surrounding him, deciding that for the moment Victor would be fine being left alone in the hands of an at least semi capable teacher as he jogged in the direction of the Slytherin, a concerned expression etched onto his face.
"Jack!" he called, almost pleadingly. His hand reached for Jack's shoulder, giving it a squeeze as he put himself into the other boy's line of sight. "Come on, let's get out of here." It was a demand more than a request, his second hand - still smeared with some of the burn healing paste - lifted to firmly grab one of Jack's wrists, making sure he wouldn't intrude on his grip on the torch and gently shaking the Slytherin as if to make certain he wouldn't get caught in some sort of trance he was going to get lost in. There was no way Ruka would leave Jack alone while he had that kind of expression on his face, like he wasn't completely there but determined to do something anyway.
Looking around for a moment, Ruka let go of Jack's shoulder but not of his wrist, as if to ensure he wouldn't just run off while lacking supervision. He leaned down to where he could see the Slytherin's bag on the ground next to the one he had just earlier tried to get away from the flames. It seemed unharmed so he had clearly been successful one way or another.
Grabbing Jack's bag, he made quick work of swinging it over the other boy's head, an expression on his face he hoped at least gave off a small wave of authority. He was going to get Jack out of there and he wouldn't allow for any argument. "Come on, there's nothing else for you to do here," he insisted as he made sure all of Jack's belongings, including the vase with the rest of the roses, were safely tucked into the Slytherin's arms. "Leave the rest to the teachers. They're bringing Victor back to the castle now, come on, we can go along." Out of all the things Jack could have possibly still done, accompanying Victor to the Great Hall to make sure no more harm could befall him was probably the most useful one, and Ruka strongly hoped the other boy could see the reasoning behind that.
Tightening his grip on Jack's wrist, Ruka finally reached his free hand out for Victor's bag, realising almost immediately that the weight was far too much for him to be able to carry it, so instead he did his best to drag it on the ground behind him as he gently but firmly pulled Jack towards Victor, the Professor and the two girls. "The most helpful thing you can do right now is to get yourself out of here," he assured Jack, the grip on his wrist never wavering as they moved the few steps back towards the burn victim and his entourage, granted the bag would budge from where it was positioned.

@Elsian Cox @Alexis Asterion @Logan Baird @Janet JacksonOpen to Interactions!Katrina had left. The insane instincts of the girl had apparently seen someone on fire and though, I can do something about that! River didn’t really get it, but that didn’t matter at this point. As she headed for the brooms, she noticed that the others of the group had decided to abandon the gryffindor as she went on her rescue mission. As the ravenclaw headed for the broom, one of the girls spoke and asked for the others names. She introduced herself as Alexis. They all seemed a bit sceptical to the idea of smalltalk in the situation they found themselves in, afraid to let small talk be the last thing they do before death. In the end, River found out she was in a group with an Elsian, Alexis and Logan. River looked at them all before she also answered the request. “I doubt we’re going to die, but if you must know, I’m River”. She looked around quickly, scanning over everything that was going on. “But, ehm, don’t put it on my gravestone”, she quickly added.
The fires seemed to be mostly put out, and the smoke was finally clearing slowly. Though there were still large insects, fights going on and some professors had arrived. Rivers eyes landed on something large and white, and now, apparently, there was also a snake. “Yes, I’ve noticed the professors”, she answered Logan and watched the snake confused. Who knows what might end up going down by the end of the night.
Out of seemingly nowhere, a girl came up to River and handed over a broom, explaining that she’d be welcome to use it. “Yeah, I think you’re right, thanks”, River said to her and gave her a quick smile and a nod. Looking at the rest of the group she swung a leg over the broom, feeling very relieved that she was wearing shorts underneath her dress. [colr=#BF8000] “Imma take off to get a look around, I want to see the end of this, you should see if there are any brooms left… Or you know, make a run for it if you want to.”[/color], she said as she began rising up from the ground.
As she got above the smoke that was still on the ground, she squinted, hoping to see anything in the night. Luckily the candles had been lit again. Her broom slowed to a halt as she noticed a quite prominent buzzing sound grow closer. As she turned around, she found herself face to face with a mosp, and before she’d even had any time to register it, her arm was hit with a sensation of searing pain shooting up her arm and into her shoulder. “Bloody hell!”, she exclaimed through gritted teeth, as if on instinct, she pointed her wand at the insect, and said the incantation of flipendo. Just as she had attempted her spell, she heard someone about to cast verdimillious, and she quickly closed her eyes, hoping to not get blinded by the spell. The pain in her arm was still growing worse, and she gripped her arm where it had been stung, wobbling slightly on the broom, doing her best to keep her balance with closed eyes.|| Action ||

Aaron was so relieved that several other people had come to join in his efforts to extinguish the fire. He saw one person levitate a bag out of the flames, but he had no idea what all of that was about. The resounding echoes of the extinguishing charm paid off when the heat suddenly disappeared along with the flames. The only thing lingering now was the smokescreen that had somehow enveloped the pitch. Still, it was thin, and he was easily able to see the surrounding people. One of those people was actually a professor! The new Astronomy professor! Aaron was both relieved and terrified by her presence, but she ran off without scolding any of them. Another of the people around him was Atlas, a fellow organizer of the ball. He was so relieved to see that she was-Interacting with @Atlas Reid, @May Moonstar, @Lydia Cooper
"Omigosh, Atlas! Are you okay!?" the color seemed to drain further from Aaron's face when he noticed her wound. This was his first time seeing the effect of the mosps up close and personal. She was bleeding. A lot. "You've gotta get out of here and to the Hospital Wing!" he said worriedly, reaching out to her. Before he could properly touch her arm to comfort her, he suddenly stiffened and gasped.
All of a sudden, his legs began to move of their own accord. They carried him slightly away from the group of people as they slid to one side, then started dancing uncontrollably. Aaron panicked, trying to regain control of his own body. What the hell had happened? With terrified eyes, he looked around the ball only to see that there was a girl staring at him. What the-
"I-I'm so sorry Aaron, I did not mean the spell to hit you," she said, and it was only then that he recognized her as May Moonstar. A fellow Hufflepuff first year who was also on the waitlist for the Quidditch team. He only knew this because she had been at the unofficial match a few weeks ago.
"Release me from it, then!" he said, his voice panicky and slightly angry. This was not the time to be hit by a dancing spell. But May turned away, aiming her wand at someone or something else. Aaron was infuriated by her lack of attempting to help him. There were still a dozen mosps in the air and he needed to find-
Lydia. Aaron's neck craned around until he could see her. There she was, swinging a music stand at one of the mosps that had followed them. But she was joined by several others this time, which was only slightly comforting considering one of those people was Rafael. It annoyed him that the boy thought he could swoop in now and be the hero, after ignoring Lydia for the entire good part of the ball.
Since he was currently not in control of his legs, Aaron used the wand he'd extinguished the fire with and pointed it in Lydia's direction. Not at Lydia, of course, but at the mosp attacking her. He didn't know many offensive spells, and he was scared of hitting Lydia, so he chose to cast something relatively harmless but effective. They were only a few feet away, and he hoped his aim would ring true as he shouted, "Tarantallegra!"
With how effective it had been against himself, he figured it might keep the mosp from being able to accurately sting Lydia. Aaron just needed for the mosp to continue missing Lydia long enough for him to regain control of his legs. The thought of her with a wound like Atlas' worried him, and he wanted nothing more than to run over and pull her out of harm's way. If only he could regain control of his legs!
It was only then that he noticed the form of another professor near her. Although the man ran off to aid someone else now, he recognized him as the Charms professor. Well, at least there was more than one person here to rescue them. The inevitable detention didn't even cross Aaron's mind at that moment. All he wanted was for his friends to be safe.

There was still a mystery to be unravelled here, a secret to be unveiled and a final opponent to face off against, but as the Professor's arrived on the scene all it really proved was just how out of their depth the students were. They weren't heroes, they weren't grand and powerful Sorcerers that could face off against the darkness. They were children, scared children. The scotsman felt it now more than ever before. He was just a kid, a muggle kid...did he even belong here.
He looked down at his wand, well crafted Hornbeam with the heartstring of a Dragon within it. A powerful indomitable beast, not something so meek as a little boy. In that moment, AJ felt like he wasn't worthy of it.
It was Lark's tugging and desperate pleas that snapped him out of it. He saw the pain behind the panic in her eyes, the desperation, the wish to just be gone and pretend like this never happened. He looked at the Professors. They were focused on the immediate emergency, there was still a large chance neither of them had been spotted yet, but if they ran it was high chances they would be seen and reported later, but if he put on a show, drew the attention of the Professor's scanning the pitch and more importantly anything dangerous, then at least he would've done one good thing.
The boy looked down at his wand again and clutched it tightly, his eyes returning to his date. "Go! Noo'! He told her. "Catch ep wuth Grus un' Allun!" He told her, hoping she wouldn't stick by and argue. He put some distance between them as he pointed his wand diagonally towards the sky. "PERICULUM!" He would shout as red sparks shot forth from the tip of his wand.
"CAM AN GUT MEH YEH BUG AL' NUMPTIES. UF YE THENK AM AFREED THAN YEH MUST BE AFF YER HEED! YEH BAMPOTS! HAUD YER WEESHT AN' HAVE A GO YEH EEJITS! I'VE GO' A SCUNNER AGEENST YEH!"
Loud, Obnoxious, Scottish.
He was sure there would be hell to pay for what he was doing, but if his friends got out safe and perhaps even punishment free. It was worth it.

Come ooon. Come. ON.
It was difficult. Too difficult. This flying of the broom. Far more difficult than it had any right to be. Sure, Woodward was struggling with the mosp still, the over-sized bug buzzing and jerking in his arms and its makeshift net in an attempt to break itself free. But even still. It felt like they were moving through molasses, trapped in some sort of invisible force net. It made no sense, and the more she fought it, the more her blood seemed to boil, the tempo of the pulse in her head pounding to a crescendo. Why. Why.
Why. Wouldn't. It. MOVE?!
This was the Silver! The Silver Arrow. She'd seen this broom in action. Perhaps she hadn't driven it before, but she was no novice to being its passenger, nor to feeling the way it seemed to seamlessly cut through air with barely a thought to coax its movement. But now. It was like it was no better than a school broom. It almost seemed as though some sort of something were interfering with its passage. Her panic only mounted further, the sense of helplessness layering itself steadily higher as her efforts, her one task, seemed to prove futile. They were trapped. Ever fumble of the bug seemed to hinder their progress to a stand still. They weren't getting out. They couldn't escape.
"Just let it go!" she practically pleaded, voice wavering as the sensibility of her mind slowly unraveled. He had to let it go. They needed to leave. The fires below had molded and dwindled, and in their wake had appeared a massive snake. Another beast to add to the chaos. More of these monsters were appearing, only now in other forms. "Please..." Tears streamed unhindered down her cheeks. "Just throw it away. Why are you--- CHARLIE!"
Her eyes flew wide, her shriek slicing through the last of her barely retained reason as crimson arced in a splatter. It took second to register what had happened, and another to realize that Woodward's arms were now empty, which meant one thing. The bug was free.
It was fight or flight, and Evelynn's resolve to fight had been slowly trickling away, disappearing altogether into the hazy void below the moment that Woodward's health had been compromised. He'd been stabbed. By that... thing. She had no idea how badly. Or if it was poisonous. She didn't know any spells. She didn't have any supplies. She should have thought of that. She could have worn something around her leg to act as a tourniquet. She could have strapped a small kit to her thigh. She hadn't. Why hadn't she thought of that. Out. They needed out. To the hospital wing. Quickly.
"It's fine," she sobbed, voice cracking. Suddenly none of it mattered. It could be dealt with later, if at all. He was hurt. This took priority. "Nevermind that. Pressure, Woodward. Apply pressure. Put your hand on it. Don't let it off.." She wrapped one hand around his middle to try to steady him on the broom, while the other renewed its commanding grip about the broom's handle. He'd sounded like he was wavering, and she couldn't quite be sure if his unsteadiness in his seat was real, or just her imagination. But in the event that he started to lose consciousness, she wasn't going to let him fall. "Just... Just hold on. I'm taking you to the hospital wing."

It was utter chaos.
People were screaming, stuff was on fire and the disgusting mosps were everywhere. The smoke was begging to clear and once it did he couldn't see the fire flickering in the distance anymore (or at least it wasn't large enough to be a problem). Fred wasn't sure how it had suddenly dissapeared but now wasn't the time to find out, and he certainly wasn't complaining about it. A while back when the lights had turned off he had lost track of his date @Janet Jackson , he felt sort of guilty for not keeping track of her whereabouts better and he was determined to relocate her position. Fred sprinted through the crowd and squinted through the now not-so-large crowds in an attempt to find her, several more minutes and he had spotted her distinctive mint green dress in the distance. He sprinted up to her and froze once he saw the nearby mosp. Janet seemed to be attacking it with a chair in an attempt to either injure it or re direct it's focus from a beat up looking boy leaning against a table @Percival Gray . Well it seemed she was holding up just fine on her own (looking a bit battered and bruised but not seriously injured) and she had even decided she was well enough to go and do a bit of rescuing other people. Well he couldn't say he was surprised. Janet was independent enough to look after herself and due to her fiery personality it wasn't shocking to see her chuck a chair at a mosp that had been about to attack someone. And it seemed to be quite a hard throw too. "JANET!" he yelled across the pitch waving his arms frantically, "OVER HERE!"
He doubted that she would be able to hear him so he ran a little closer. Maybe he should help too? Despite Janet being rather strong (stronger than him even) he doubted that the mosp would be injured enough to drop dead on the floor or anything. So he hesitantly picked up a jug of water and added it to the list of things being hurled at that unfortunate mosps head.ACTION: Throwing a jug of water at mosp #21Stats:

Willow was getting so tired.
Her impromptu tourniquet wasn't super effective, her hands and arms were still covered in her own blood, she was choking on smoke, and they were still being attacked. Even though the professors arrived, it was obvious it would take them a bit to effectively get everyone out of there. They had to keep fighting for now, but Willow was so tired of fighting.
She just wanted to curl up on the floor. Everything hurt. Not just physically but emotionally. Ruka had completely abandoned her despite being her date, Rafael immediately up and left despite roping her in to his own stupid plan. Once again, Flash was the only one that was willing to stick by her side. Even if it meant him being an absolute idiot in his attack strategy. Not that hers was much better, her torch did nothing. It soared through the air and with an anticlimactic finish landed on the ground. The hold on her wand was weak, her resilience was wearing thin.
A thought crossed her mind, 'I want to go home.' She wanted to be back with her family, in a warm bed, being soothed to sleep by her mother as if this was all a nightmare. That's what this was. This whole month was a nightmare. Between the Hufflepuff fire and now this there was no time to rest, to recuperate and pick up the pieces again. She was twelve, there was no reason for her to have already gone through so much at such a young age at a school no less. This was supposed to be a safe place. A place of learning, education, of her friends not being mortally wounded. Yet here they were, fighting for their lives.
From her useless place on the floor she raised her wand once more. "Incendio!" She wanted this bug to die. She wanted to be on a morning walk with Flash. Or cuddling with Mildred to forget about the darkness of the night. In the arms of her mother to forget the pain. Tears slowly started to freely flow down her face. Her adrenaline was wearing off, the screaming pain of her leg becoming more and more prominent. She needed to get to the hospital wing, but they couldn't leave until this damned bug was dead.
Her eyes moved to look at Flash, determined, fighting. There was a strength to be admired in her brother, one that she wished she possessed. He wasn't the kind to back down when others were at risk. There was an intricate and clumsy dance they were doing of trying to make sure the other didn't get hurt. It wasn't working out that well, but it was the dance she was most grateful for that night.

The smoke seemed to lift a bit, tough it was still obscuring his vision. It seemed he hit the mosp with his spell, though barely. Flash was not yet a confident caster, he felt lucky he did anything at all. Dodging out of the way of its own attack was more easy. But he was getting tired… dizzy. His steps were getting more unsure, the blood trickling down his face renewing just as the last of it started to dry and feel sticky as it collected the dust from the smoke.Outfit:Reducio
This better not get infected... Flash was hardly able to hear or see anything as time passed. Were they beating the mosps back? Had anyone died? Did the professors hear his call for help? It was best to assume he only had himself to rely on.
Of course, he trusted Willow, but she was weakening as well. She was severely wounded, he should be helping her get to the castle, but until the mosp was taken care of they would only be sitting ducks if they turned their backs. Not only that, Opeila was still in fanger as well. Regardless of his condition, he wouldn’t be leaving. He would pass out from blood loss before he left the two of them behind.
Willow called out to him again to be close to her. Even though she was obscured by the waning smoke, he was keeping track of her position, where she was sitting on the dance floor. Once this annoying bug was dead, he would carry her back.
Once he had time to think more clearly, he was sure he would be disappointed in himself, angry with Vladimir, sorrowful for the pain that the students had to endure. He didn’t have time now, though. Just an angry mosp trying to drain his blood and a sister who needed her brother nearby.
Another fire spell would be attempted, while reaching out for Willow’s grasping hand. Once their fingers interlaced, Flash automatically sighed in relief. She was alive and right next to him. At least one thing was right with the world.

Secret Blossom Ball
Watching as her wand fizzled at the top, Atlas cursed under her breath, as she placed her palm on her bloody chest, watching the other students around her successfully extinguish the flame. She hated feeling useless and yet whenever she needed her magic most, her injuries always seemed to get in the way despite her addiction to keep going.Open to Interactions

"Omigosh, Atlas! Are you okay!?" She heard, pulling her out of her thoughts as she turned to face her good friend Aaron. Staring down at her bloodied white dress, she agreed she looked a little horrifying but the adrenaline in her was keeping her from feeling all of the pain. No doubt in the morning she would feel it ten fold but now was not the time to worry. "You've gotta get out of here and to the Hospital Wing!"
"What and leave you all out here to deal with the..." Her voice trailed off as she watched Aaron get pulled by his own legs as they danced him around. Looking over to May Moonstar, Atlas couldn't help but smile at the impress dancing only to quickly dissipate her smile when she could hear the panic and anger in Aaron's voice.
She had known all too well about magic accidentally hitting people so it wasn't uncommon even for her and with everyone in close proximity it was bound to happen. Working through her known spells in her head, Atlas tried to figure out a way to halt Aaron's legs as she came up empty.
"Don't worry Aaron, it uh should wear off soon." Atlas reassured as she noticed Ethen being targeted by two mosps. The one from earlier had been chasing them violently clearly with a life long vendetta to settle as Ethen turned to wear Ethen was standing as she shook her head trying to clear her thoughts. She couldn't negate the sharp pain in her chest but she needed to try to aid her best friend.
Seeing the chair in his hand, Atlas called out to Ethen, "Ethen get ready! I'm going to get the mosp dizzy again!" She shouted as she pointed her wand at the mosp drawing a symbol in the air as she called out, "Tarantellegra!"
Her take was that she may not be able to do damage to the mosp but with it hindered by its dancing legs, Ethen should be able to hit it soundly with a chair. As the smoke cleaned in places around them, Atlas could make out some larger figures, presumably teachers as she bit down on her lip.
Students were already quick to leave the ball to avoid punishment but Atlas knew it would be impossible to escape that. She had already pulled several pranks around the school and hadn't been caught so there was still a possibility she could sneak off but she first needed to make sure all her friends and fellow devious planners were safe.
