Go to the At The Counter Shat then go to Shops then click on the pen thing and give it a title and say what it sells as well as give prices then click on the submit button your shop someone please explain this better than me
You have to go to the OOC area and click on OOC shops, then, as Nick said, click on the pen thingy and put all the details of your shop, what you're selling and for what price, and the name of the shop.
