i am a bit overwhelmed (not a fault of Zach's, i promise) so I will look through the bulk of the updates at a different time if I ever feel I am able to do so.

For Zach, I deeply appreciate you trying to prioritize accessibility and how much work and passion you've put into many of these updates, I can clearly see that this site means so much to you.
I have turned off the background images, thank you for the toggle. I feel the images that have used AI content are stolen work and the likeable aesthetics/skill/detail/etc are all pulled from human-made artwork. I apologize for having to speak on this as I feel this topic will overshadow your updates as they were bundled together. While I understand you may not feel comfortable accepting our free work, I'm not sure it's more comfortable for you and your community to know that artwork is being fed through AI without much consent. I have seen many, many artists devastated when they find their artwork has been used for AI content, regardless of relation to simply a career/job/etc, because of the ideas, emotion, skill, time, it took from them. Regarding the amount of backgrounds the community could offer, I will say again that they have offered to give all 400, on top of this even with the new navigation it feels that there is still not an immediate need for all 400 distinct backgrounds. I understand you have thought about this a lot and put a lot of effort yourself and alongside others, and that you are tired. I'm really tired, but I need to make it clear that regardless of who can and can't see it or the aesthetics of the result, the images are not acceptable nor do they reflect the soul of your site and its community.
As a side note, I think the font is a bit difficult to read (though pretty) and that the previous one was more accessible/readable. This isn't urgent for me but I have heard several others mention it was difficult for them, just wanted to note that here.

I'm sure all this conversation has been tiring for you, Zach. I really admire you and your civility and understanding during what has taken immense time and put immense pressure on your shoulders. That said, I still ask you to consider whether these images are worth the harm. I'm not asking because I expect you to change anything on-site— I will wait patiently for the poll— I am asking because I have admired you and your work and would like to continue looking up to you. Please allow me that chance.

Chef's Kiss, Zach!!! This is phenomenal. I love everything about it so far. I am glad clicking on the Hogwarts crest does something like it used to do... I had missed that.

Hi Zach - wow, thank you SO much for the effort you put into this. While I know opinions will differ on the images themselves which can be talked about in the poll, I think the new menu systems look very sleek and cool! I haven't played around all the way yet but what I saw so far looks very nice!

I do miss a little having a quick link to my Favorites on the bottom, but you did say you chose the 5 most popular options so if that's not as used as the others, then it makes sense. I do agree that I miss the hovers in the upper-left navigation too but only because I forget where certain things are, or where to find things like the spells.

But I think the actual menus and the floo system look great, and very well done! It's such a little thing but I love the little green flame icon next to the Floo when you hover over it. The weather system is an amazing touch! Oh yeah, I forgot to mention that the search and shortcuts system in the floo is also an amazing feature that I will definitely use! Those will be very useful I think. And Im happy the quick link to our common rooms have returned. I missed that!

So first things first, thank you Zach, for creating this site and for everything you've done after that. Second, this is AMAZING!!!! I really loved the update, really fits the vibe of the site.

Zach, it's VERY difficult to find the right words to express my admiration. As a player from the V1 Magicland days, your website has evolved so much through all the versions. You've done an incredible job here, with the help of the admin members who also deserve our praises.

Thank you also for providing options for each player to freely chose how they want to experience their game, it is a greatly appreciated approach on my side.

Love the new update! The accessibility is great. Still a bit wonky with the new forum style even with a few hours of practice, but the layout is fresh, modern and brings me more interest.

Only real issue I have is the fact that moderation tutorials will need a heavy update regarding navigation, but nothing that can't be changed. Great work, Zach.
