I remember answering this before so here is the response I gave to another newbie at the time. Please look at this image here, bc this did really help since I didn't understand where to look until someone send me a screenshot. Note, it's outdated in timings because I think it shifted but I don't remember what the new shifted timings are.

The bean appears every 6 hours, you can see the more details here. And for the chocolate frogs, you can buy it at Honeydukes in Hogsmeade, you can see the more details here
