Beans appear randomly across the site every 4-6 hours (GMT Time as the site runs on French Standard Time) and Chocolate frogs can be bought in Hogsmeade for 2 Sickles a piece (you need to be a Third Year and up OR have a fake permission slip to access this forum) and received as prizes for being part of the House that is doing the most homework during certain months.
