Professor Jensen,

Thank you for the timetable, I was looking through my notes and thought I might have forgotten to write it down. Glad to know my mind is not giving up on me yet. I am available for lending a hand. Please simply point me where I am supposed to be going. Hufflepuff seems to not have changed much over the years, so I should be fine in handling my more mundane duties. As for my barbecuing, I believe I can handle a grill. Why, if I may ask?

I am pleased to hear that you will have no trouble settling into the role then. As you might have seen in the timetable, the summer camp will commence with the barbecue on the first. Very well, you can count on my assistance. As far as the children go, it should not pose an issue. They usually like stuffing their faces with anything they get offered. I assume I will see you tomorrow at any of our meals during the day, so I will simply ask for us to discuss some minor details if you would not mind. After dinner perhaps?

I apologise for my actions last night. It was unprofessional and unfair of me to hit you in front of the students, for something that was outside of your control. I can only apologise for losing control in the situation like that.

I know that there is little I can do to take away that humiliation. However, if there is a way to make up for it, please let me know. I apologise there is little else that I can offer. For what it is worth, know that I do regret my actions.

In the end you only acted in the students' best interests. It was a hectic situation and it asked for severe actions. None of us three would have expected me to get caught under the influence of a love potion. So for that, I believe I can only congratulate you on your right hook. However, I will gladly consider holding you up to that favour. For my own amusement of course.

I hope you are enjoying your holiday over there in Scotland. Spending time with friends or family is truly a breath of fresh air, I hope you find some to share a few days with. I funnily enough have been receiving quite a bunch of books from Zahid. All odd subjects to be fair, but they make for interesting reads on our trips. Cassanora and I are currently in New Zealand. I don't know if you have ever seen the Lord of the Rings trilogy, but we stopped to visit one of their sets. (the picture on the back)

Your trip to New Zealand with Cassanora sounds - and looks - wonderful. It appears like you caught the tour of the Shire on a good sunny day. I hope the weather holds up for the rest of your trip.

Work has been carrying on as usual. Nothing fascinating to report - you are not missing much. I did, however, go to Ireland for a week for Dymphna's birthday. Whilst I do not have any adorable photos to share, we took her and a few of the second years sailing.

I'm unfamiliar with your inquiry about the books. If I recall correctly, you mentioned borrowing some books from him early on in your tenure. Perhaps Zahid considers you to be an avid reader as a result?

Stop. Put that brownie down. Retreat. Back out of the box. You have had enough of a sugar rush this last week with the cookies and the cake!

Now that you have hopefully stopped eating them, perhaps actually left a few in there... It's for Cassanora. I am unsure if she enjoys brownies - or eats egg - however, if she does, please do send the remainder of the box to her. If she asks, Triple Chocolate Brownies - with dark, white and milk chocolate. Tell her that you made them, she'd like that I think.

Additionally, you mentioned she enjoyed cooking. I found a quick and easy recipe that she might like. They are essentially Norwegian Pancakes. She might require some supervision with the pan, of course - but I am sure that even you could handle that part.

Pannekaken - Serves 6

Step One:
- Start by combining 3 eggs and 1 and a half cups of milk in a blender.
- Add 1 cup of all-purpose flour, 1/4 teaspoon of salt and 1 teaspoon of sugar
- Blend until the batter is smooth

Step Two:
- Heat a pan coated with cooking spray or butter over medium-high heat.
- Place a 1/4 cup of the batter on the pan, tilting to coat the bottom into the desired shape.
- Cook until the top looks try. This usually takes around 30 seconds or so.
- Carefully flip the pancake using a spatula
- Cook until browned - usually a few more seconds
- And plate!
- Repeat this process till the batter is completed.

Step Three:
- Pancakes can be eaten plain or with any desired condiments, such as syrup or jam.
- It can also be stuffed with sweetened cream cheese and lingon berry mixture, if desired
- Roll into a crepe style once coated in the desired condiments
- Eat and enjoy

If she likes chocolate, then a chocolate spread - such as nutella - would work very well on them. It works well with banana slices too. Maple syrup or a berry condiment would work too. It is entirely based on preference here.
