The Quidditch Shop
Ivory stood outside a shop. She looked up at the sign. It read: Quality Quidditch Supplies. She entered.
She had always wanted to play in quidditch but the opportunity had never come to her. She was a massive fan of the holyhead harpies, however no one else she had met supported the holyhead harpies and she was starting to think she was the only one who even knew the team she loved so much.
She entered and looked around at all the gloves, she even spotted a bluebottle. Ivory loved the blue hue to the bluebottle broom, but hated how slow it was.
Her foot hit something hard. Looking down, Ivory spotted a broken broom compass on the floor. Picking it up, she placed it back on the shelf, knowing no one was going to buy it. Ivory had a weird thing with empathy. For some reason, she felt sorry even for objects, even though she knew they had no consciousness.
Looking around once more, her eyes fell on a montrose magpies pin. Picking it up she admired it's bold black and white contrast. She used to love the montrose magpies when she was younger. Her father had left a box of old stuff when he left. It had a lot of montrose magies posters and pins, even a book about quidditch.
Then she spotted it. There was a pin lying on the counter. She picked it up. The green shimmer of the Holyhead Harpies pin caught her eye and she stared at it for a moment before walking over to the counter and paying.
