Sorry for taking so long!I loved this place.
Not Hogwarts. I mean, yes, I love Hogwarts, obviously, but I also love the Great Lake. It was calm and quiet when there wasn't a huge thing coming out of there to try and drag you underwater.
Or stupid students trying to do the dirty job and drag you underwater themselves.
It was calm, anyways.
The weather was also calm today. Not a burning sun, but not freezing cold. Just the perfect light for a easy afternoon, a session of study or simply hangout with friends.
Or, in my case, try to convince Neko to behave.
"Babe, we talked about this. You can't try and eat people each time you get hungry."
The problem was that my cat seemed to be hungry all the time.
His black fur reflected the light, and a sigh escaped my lips as he completely ignored me and stretched. Great. Now I was acting like a mom.
I took him into my arms and squeezed him into a hug. No matter how many times I scolded him, I would not change my little demon for anything. Yes, he liked to bite people sometimes, but he was a baby. He's growing up.
The peace didn't stay long. The devil in my arms slipped away with such ease and sprinted towards someone.
Well, maybe his behavior wasn't the best, bit his social skills were remarkable.
"Neko..." I groaned as I stood up, walking towards my cat and the girl he now wanted as his dinner. I took him into my arms before he could reach her.
"Saints- I'm sorry, I'm still trying to convince him that people ain't no food." I laughed, without looking at her.Stamina: 8 | Evasion: 7 | Strength: 4 | Wisdom: 7 | Arc Power: 6 | Accuracy: 8
The First Encounter
School had reopened after a long break, and she had decided to go to one of her favorite places there. She emerged from the common room with her furry cat Pixie in her arms and a bag slung over her shoulder.
When she arrived at the big lake, she realized she had really missed it. She sat down under a tree, and Pixie started wandering around. She took sunscreen out of her bag and applied it to her face, arms, and neck.
At that moment, a black cat approached, and when she saw the girl pick up the cat, she couldn't help but smile. The girl had brown hair and brown eyes that matched it.
"It's okay, I have a cat too and I understand this situation."
Pixie returned with a dead spider in her mouth, looking quite content. She let out a muffled sound of satisfaction when she saw the cat in the girl's lap.
"By the way my name is Lenora and this is Pixie. Nice to meet you. So what is you're name?"She tried to speak in a friendly voice. The girl felt inexplicably comfortable. "Would you like to accompany me? I can give Neko a cat treat."

Sorry for taking so long!Finally, my gaze lifted up and I saw her and...
Holy Saints.
This could be the first time I see someone so white. Even considering that Alys and my dad kept saying that I looked like a ghost all month, and yes, I have a mirror. I did look like a ghost. But this was another kind of white. Not white-pale, white-white. I wondered, for a second, if she was sick. If so, what kind of sickness would make her that?
I had to read three medicine books in the last month. Memorize them. Biology, chemistry and a bit of psychiatry. None of them gave me those symptoms.
I felt something slipping away from my arms and I came back to reality, closing my mouth. Saints, when did it open? That was embarrassing.
"I- Yes, thank you, I-We'd l-love to sit with you..."
Oh, remarkable. I was stuttering again. Give me now the award for the greatest social skills. Down, at out feet, Neko sat down next to her own cat. Pixie. And the name was Lenora.
What a beautiful name.
Neko started to speak very loudly to Pixie. Or, in cat language, meowing.
I had to force my eyes to look anywhere while I cleared my throat, awkward.
"I'm Hendricks. Mikaela Hendricks, and that one's Neko. Say hi, Neko."
