One CRaZy Night
Please Read This
ReducioThis will be backdated to late September sometime so keep that in mind and do not join if it doesn't fit in with your character's timeline. And this is also more of reaction thread to what happened then anything else so don't be nervous to reply! I don't bite!
Alec hadn't exactly had a great day. It had been a bit tiring. And now he was worrying about his potions homework per usual. Yet potions was the one thing he actually got great grades in. It was amazing how much Alec could worry. He bet he worried enough for at least ten people. Lucky for them those ten people didn't get it and he did. Might as well just carry their stuff around as well. Alec let out a sigh, pushing the food near him away and laying his head down on the table. The least he could do was be grumpy for the night. Even if it was a bit hard to be grumpy.I mean how could you there was so much food and the cheer in everyone's voices. He was still getting used to how loud it was in the great hall. 'People don't exactly know how to keep their voice down now do they? Sure it wasn't all that bad at times if they needed it for yelling at someone to tell them they forgot something. But it did not need to be this loud otherwise. To make matters worse, it seemed as if the loudest people here were the ones at his table. Well great wasn't it? knowing the loudest people and the one's your almost completely complaining about it part of your house? Wow, your so loyal to your house complaining about how loud they are inside your head. Alec let out a small noise that was somewhat between a scoff and a laugh at this. Well, there goes to show you how loyal of gryffindor he was. It was a bit ironic, actually. But then he heard a shuffling and things being pulled down and pulled opened. It looked like a bunch of howlers.. hanging from the ceiling? Alec grinned at this. There were quite a lot, maybe about a hundred. I guess it's what you'd expect at a magic school, but then all the howlers all opened yelling in harmony, and by that Alec meant the voices of the howlers were really high, odd, and very off pitched. Kinda like a teenage girl squealing, it was truly something to behold. Not only that but they were singing, okay more like yelling. The Hogwarts anthem.Hogwarts, Hogwarts, Hoggy Warty Hogwarts,
Teach us something please,
Whether we be old and bald,
Or young with scabby knees,
Our heads could do with filling,
With some interesting stuff,
For now they're bare and full of air,
Dead flies and bits of fluff,
So teach us things worth knowing,
Bring back what we've forgot,
Just do your best, we'll do the rest,
And learn until our brains all rotAlec knew he'd thought it before, but the spectacle was beyond amazing. His first look of shock at all, but now looking at everybody else's wow.. it was just so.. Surreal. Sure Alec was born in the wizarding world and he knew quite a bit about it. But this just really took the cake. Alec wouldn't have eaten finished eating if he'd ended up starting and he really likes his food so this really goes to show just how big of a deal with was the first interesting and complex prank that he's seen at Hogwarts since he got here. And they were still going too. Alec had to stifle a laugh when it went from the Hogwarts anthem to some random muggle song called 'Baby Shark' he only knew about it from a muggle friend. But, boy, was Alec right when he thought this prank really took the cake. There should be a Hogwarts top ten list for pranks or something and that would go there.1. Great Hall Howler Prank
2. Some random prank
3. A prank
4. Prankkkk
5. Wowow another prank so original
6. Sorry, man whatever prank you are your a runner up
7. Prankssss
8. Ehhh this is an okay prank
9. You got caught trying to carry out the prank didn't you?
And
10. Another prankClaps to the person who came up with all those. Pranks named prank are 'very' original.
But wait that wasn't the end of it after 'Baby Shark' there was a very high-pitched scream at the end of the howlers and then you could see it signed.
S̷O̷A̷T̷O̷P̷
And then all the howlers tore them self's apart.

One CRaZy Night
So much for getting his studying done.
Clifton nearly leapt out of his skin when fifty or so squealing voices started in on the Hogwarts anthem. He looked up to see that it was a whole wad of howlers, each one a different pitch of annoying.
He grinned. Pranks in the magic world were the best. Of course, the voices were so high-pitched, that he had to join the others in covering his ears, but he couldn't help but laugh.
He glanced across the table at his Hufflepuff friends mostly just to share in what was happening.
Especially when baby shark came on. Clifton's grin widened. It was by far the best in the selection. Even if only a fraction of the Hogwarts students understood it. In some ways, that almost made it more funny. As a muggle-born, he couldn't help but watch the faces of students who came from magic families as they tried to make sense of lyrics that weren't even supposed to make sense to begin with.
"Merlin's beard," a boy next to him said, staring up at the ceiling. "How did they get the Howlers up there?"
Clifton shrugged. "Dunno, magic?"
It wasn't meant to be sarcastic. It was the answer that he told himself at least five times a day just going through a normal day at Hogwarts. But the boy took it as such and gave him a look before staring back up at the spectacle.
A loud screech made everyone, including Clifton, jump. He looked up again to see that the work of art had even been signed. SOATOP.
And then, in a grand conclusion, the howlers tore themselves into pieces, raining the laughing and groaning students with bits of paper. One landed in his mouth and he spit it out. Earning another look from the fellow Hufflepuff.
Clifton didn't care. He was more concerned with spending the evening trying to get "baby shark" out of his head.

I do all my own stunts, but never intentionally.
