Mama and Pa brought me with them to watch a new Kneazle den. They said that the kneazles had a couple kittens and that we might be able to take one home. Storme was left with the nannies so it’ll be up to me to pick the right one.
So far I haven’t been able to visit the den. Mama says that the kneazle moms are still too protective but that I can see them in a few days. I want to see them now but I know I have to be patient. Pa says that sometimes my mind is moving too fast for my body so I don’t always know when to wait but if I want a new pet I have to be really good.

I finally got to meet the new Kneazles!!
They’re all so cute but I can’t pick between the ginger kitten and the grey and black one. Maybe if I ask really politely Mama and Pa will let me take both. Me and Storme could have a kitten each. She won’t be able to take care of it herself but it’ll be nice to each have our own pet.

The two kittens I wanted are coming home with us. After Pa checked on all of them and got them ready to be moved to a better facility he said we could two. He said he’d come up with something to tell Mama.
They said all the Kneazles were healthy and should live good lives. They just need to be in a different area. There are too many poachers where they’re living now. It’s too bad there’s not much we can do about them.
I think this will be a good start for a field log. Mama says you should always stay organized. Someday I’ll be a magizoologist just like them. I need all the practice I can get. I think I’ve been getting much better with my writing.
