Entering from the Quidditch Pitch
Zykeal would enter the changing area from the quidditch pitch, casually walking with one hand in his pocket and the other was twirling the ivory-colored aspen wand like a drumstick. Golden hues flicked across the scene, chaos, that seemed to have flooded into this area as well. A roll of his eyes was given as he heard the screams of the other students, figuring the mosps to be distracted by the others and their actions within the room, he walked slowly over to where he stowed his belongings and began to fetch them.

Passing by a few of the ones who were taking action against the threat at hand, he watched their spellwork and judged them on it accordingly. Zykeal was always curious about watching the movements of others wands, the type of wands that they used, and the spells that they went to in certain situations. Unfortunately, Zykeal had an air of stoicism about him that led him to not care much about those around him unless they clawed at his personality like his previous date of the ball had done. Regardless, he'd rather not interact with his fellow students at the time being, thinking of he didn't bother the mosps, they'd continue to harass the other students who were trying to harm them.

Having to stop the twirling of his wand to collect his possessions, he'd tuck it between his teeth and collect his bag from the area he had stowed it, deciding not to change in the midst of the chaos and just wait till he got back into his dorm room. After he collected them, he turned and let himself lean back against the lockers, after having pulled his back across his shoulder and letting it rest behind him to give him support against the hard lockers. The wand was then fetched from between his teeth and he allowed himself to keep it steady by his side as he waited for another attack from the mosps on the students so he could clearly exit the area without any objections from the beasts.

Action: Collecting his possessions and waiting for a clear path to leave.

Mosp #19
Right as the third year had mentioned to the other students not to use any fire spells in such a closed and narrow area since everything could burn down if the spell were to miss, he could see the fire conjuration be cast by a boy. He would follow the stream of flames anxiously with his gaze and watched in terror as it engulfed a mosp. The giant insect let out a screech of what he could only describe as immense pain and in terror he watched the flames eat away at the delicate wings as the screech died with its perpetrator.

He watched the snow fall around them and in any other moment it could have been amusing that it was snowing within a room, but the situation was no laughing matter at all. His gaze flickered to Jack and Jake when the latter had been commanded to go and look for a professor, more specifically Caradoc Browne but something told him he would rather Jake stayed. Jorah, if he remembered had mentioned outside was no better with the mosps, if not worse and he was sure that Jake was in no capable of protecting himself at the moment. So he would just hope that the little badger stayed where he was before he collapsed at the attempt to stand up from the bench he was seated on.

His previous attempt was no good, but he would have to try again and hope for the best. He really hoped that he would not have to see more mosps die, but he also understood the situation to be one of self defense. They had to do something and try to stay safe from those stingers. It was then when it hit him and it was a very tricky move as he had no idea whether it worked; after all his last attempt to trick the situation backfired and made the ground all slippery and the room all cold.

"Spongify!"

He would attempt to cast, aiming to hit the stinger of the mosp that he had previously distracted to sniff the bouquet of flowers. While he was aiming to hit the stinger, he was happy if the spell just hit the mosp somewhere.

Jake's head turned up towards Alan. He continued to tremble, trying to find words. "I-it's...i-it's," the boy sniffled, his voice shrill and small. He was crouched down, huddled upon himself...still rocking. The tears wouldn't stop. The panic wouldn't stop. "I-I dunno, h-he's..."

There were no words. How could he say when he didn't know? It was something bad. He was sure it was. He hadn't known at first. It tried to help him. It wanted to save him. But it wasn't a nice voice. It didn't sound nice. He could feel it when it spoke to him. It wasn't kind, or warm...it was cold and distant and Jake didn't think it liked him very much. But he wouldn't have been so scared, if it hadn't been for the dreams.

The dreams were the real reason he knew. Because what the voice wasn't in the day, it became in fantasy when night-time fell. And it was that dream monster he saw now in his mind...that dream monster that was gonna come for him. "Someone bad," he said. His tear-stained eyes stared up at Alan, begging the older boy to believe him. "Someone bad." And while his words were not specific, there was a frightening certainty inside of the tiny Hufflepuff's eyes.

And then Jack. The senior member of the Scamander Squad was looking right at him. Make a run for it he said, and his voice was stern. He had to inform Caradoc, the voice said. It was his 'in charge' voice, and the directness of it made the little boy take notice through his tears. It was the type of voice that got Jake's attention. Always did. "M-me?" Jake squeaked in reply, his head poking out around George, drifting towards the door. Jack wanted him to run...but he couldn't! He couldn't move. How could he...

There was a screech then that would haunt his dreams, and a thud. Jake was hunched back up, his eyes squeezed shut again. He didn't see what it was. Jack's words repeated, over and over inside his head. Run. Run he said. But HOW?

The boy inched his way out from behind the safety of George. Stared at the door again. He wanted to be stopped. He didn't want to go. He didn't want to be alone. But they needed him. And the last time...with the fire...George had yelled at him then. Go get a professor he had said, just like Jack said now. And Jake had failed. And then Jack....the things that had happened to him...

Jake wrapped his arms around his body, as the room grew colder. The memories of that night were flooding in. Getting his attention through his terror. They needed him. Jack and George. Alan too. But it wasn't safe out there. He knew it wasn't. And he needed them too.

He spied the body now, that had fallen on the floor. Jake covered his eyes, refusing to look at the fallen creature, trying to get the courage to move. To stand. When we're done here, Jack had said...but they weren't. There were still creatures buzzing. Unless he could make it past them....Unless he could run now...charge away as fast as he could go...run out the pitch and back to the castle...run to Caradoc...get help. Maybe there was time. Maybe. He could be fast when he wanted. But what if the something got him first? Jake was breathing faster now, feeling light-headed, breaths in and out, his chest puffing. He barely heard George and his call for violence. It all faded into the din. He stared down at his legs and tried to find the courage to move them but was frozen in place, his heart pounding.

But still he stared at the door.
Action: Inch his way out from behind George, try to gather his courage, get ready to run (Maybe).

"You're gonna have to try harder than that, Jorah!" Jorah heard Jack call out to him after he missed his first swing against the mosp. Though he was fighting for his life, a wave of embarrassment washed over the young beater. Not only had he let out a blood curdling scream, but he had completely missed his first attack. He wouldn't miss again. Jorah regained his composure and successfully smashed his club into the flying mosp. The blow sent the mosp crashing into the other side of the room. It was still alive, but only just barely. "Ha, how's that Jack!" Jorah hoped his victory against the mosp would score him some cool points with the Hufflepuff prefect.

Jorah readied himself to finish off the creature when he saw Adonis cast another flame spell. The fiery incantation was too much for the wounded creature to bear as it succumbed to its wounds and died. "Nice one Adonis!", Jorah called out the mosp conqueror. Jorah recalled a line from an old muggle movie with Vin Diesel. Jorah pointed to the mosp carcass with the end of his bat, and told Adonis, "You keep what you kill." The battle was turning in favor of the students, but it wasn't over yet. Jorah gripped his club tight and went in for another attack swing against the nearest mosp.

As the flames erupted from the tip of his wand, Adonis prayed and hoped that it would land as if everything was move slowly for him in that quick moment. Until it wasn't. Jorah's punch and then his Incendio at the end killed off the mosp as it filled their room with a screech until landing on the floor with a thud as it was now dead. A wide confident grin spread across his face out of pride for himself upon killing the mosp. "Thanks! You too." He said proudly and now moved on to look around the room at all the other current fights going on. There was a lot of chaos and spells being casted left and right all about the room. It was quite exciting to be in the middle of all of this, fighting side by side with other students to protect themselves and the people they might've held dear to them. Adonis had no one that he did that was currently in the changing rooms, instead he was there to help protect the others and for his own survival along with that of others.

"Keep what I kill, eh? Guess so. Gotta have a remembrance of the kill somehow." Adonis said in response to Jorah with a shrug, grabbing a hold of the mosp carcass with his free hand while his other held his wand. Seeing as Jorah went to go attack yet another mosp, Adonis was right beside him in quickly making his way over to it. Once again, he made a leaf-like movement with his wand and shouted, "Incendio!" in hopes to successfully light this mosp on fire as well and perhaps even kill another. He ignored the third year Gryffindor's words, only focusing on his survival and that of others through the means of offense. The Slytherin wasn't here to trick his way out of there, he was there to help fight against these mosps that were coming after them and help in saving the other students instead.

@Zykeal Lane had entered the Changing Rooms and walked right in the middle of the chaos: spells were casted, mosps were dropping dead on the ground, and now it had just started snowing. He walked to his belongings not really caring too much about what was happening around him at first, only to observe the situation hoping to find a path to leave the room. What he didn't notice however, was that a purple mosp (#10) had followed him from the pitch, and was now moving lazily towards him, attracted by his scent.

Mosp #17
Another purple mosp (#17), that so far had been flying and buzzing around the girls' changing rooms, attracted by the smell of Alan's bouquet and by the screech of the dead mosp, flew inside the boys' changing rooms, beelining towards the incredibly inviting flower composition.
Mosp #19
@George Henry, frustrated by both his failed spell and a screaming girl, managed to concentrate and cast once again the shrinking charms towards the mosp #19.

The insect stopped in its tracks as it got ready to strike again, but this time instead of attacking anyone, it started moving its little "arms" and its stingers, dancing to the rhythm of an unknown song.
The Others
The snow was now covering the whole floor, making it quite slippery; while @Jo Morgan, @Lucille Williams and @Jack Warren were catching their breath (they didn't post this round), @Jake Morris was trying his best to explain to his friend Alan who he was talking about, but it was difficult to explain that, when he himself had no idea of who had been talking to him for all this time. When Jack's words reached him, asking him to run to the castle and alert the Hufflepuff's Head of House, the little badger wasn't so sure that he could do that; he had tried back when the Hufflepuff common room had been on fire, he had tried to get to Professor Browne, but he didn't succeed back then. As he tried to gather his courage, Jake moved from behind George, and got ready to, eventually, run out of the Changing Rooms.

Mosp #22, @Jorah Moussa, @Adonis Thorn & mildly with everyone present
Alan had no idea what Jake was talking about and he was in no condition to decipher whatever he was trying to say either. The third years mind was all over the place and he had no intention to just have a meltdown in the middle of the room, in the cold snowing room something that he had to take all the blame for. A fruitless attempt to get the mosps to leave them alone and disappear to what he hoped would mean safety for them. In all the chaos going on around them the third year completely forgot to answer the young Hufflepuff, completely dismissing him in his thoughts.

He watched his spell take effect and wanted to exclaim that that mosp would no longer be a danger to them, but he froze into what seemed like a block of ice when he saw the same two students that had killed the other mosp make their attack on this one as well. A choked yelp escaped him as he watched the mosp fall to the ground, beaten up and burned. His eyes would flicker darkly, into a a deep shade of green one that made it seem nearly black as he stared at the creature in horror before his eyes flickered to the one red mosp that was left. "Stop hurting th-them!", he called out, addressing everyone but most specifically the two kids that arrived late [Adonis and Jorah]. It looked like it had dealt with a lot already and it was currently dancing like crazy and it wrenched the third years heart as he furrowed his brows and stepped forward and towards the giant insect and raised his wand.

"Finite Incantatem"

Whether the spell would turn out to be a success and make the mosp stop the weird dancing, he would stop about two foot away from it as he looked up to stare at the mosp. By now his eyes were there natural green and he held up his hand slightly and whatever followed he would hope for the best. "Please calm down," he requested as he tried to appear calm, like no threat at all which he indeed really was not. "Don't hurt my friends, th-they are all scared I th-think-", he tried to explain to the creature which was probably not able to understand his words anyway but he could hope that his calmly spoken words might have some effect on the flying beast. "I am scared, but so a-are you a-aren't you?" he continued to speak calmly, carefully glancing back over his shoulder to see whether anyone else was planning to attack the mosp; if so he would not let that happen. Someone once told him that emotions would be reflected like an mirror image, that feelings could be broadcast to everything so he hoped that this would include mosps as well. He would look at the mosp and hope that his last attempt to solve this without violent would work out even though the chances were slim. But Alan was done. He didn't want another creature to die. Sure the mosps might have been aggressive but he wished the situation could have been handled differently.

Grace smiled as her spell hit the Mosp, making it dance, although there was no music, it was amusing to her.

But she snapped back to reality as she heard a voice yell "Nobody's going to die, stop your shrieking or I'll release those bludgers! Then you'll have something to cry over!”

Grace glared at him, it took all her power to not run over there and give him another slap, she grabbed onto the closest object hard and bit her lip really hard causing it to bleed, it was fast and big splotches of blood trailed down her chin.

She ignored the blood and took deep breaths, instead of slapping him she decided to yell back...

“I’m not crying you idiot! And I don’t care if you release the bludgers! I’ll just go ahead and hit you again!” she threatened, her voice still hoarse.

Grace noticed she had a bruise on her arm and leg from when that girl pulled her to the ground, but ignored it.

She did feel lightheaded though, and let go of the object she was clinging to.

The small Ravenclaw sat down, placing a hand on her forehead and closing her eyes.

Grace felt like she had a headache, she was also a bit dizzy, was it because of her bleeding lip? Was she losing too much blood?

Everything became blurry and then.

Lucille muttered to the girl. When she looked up,Lucille noticed something, it was a mosp, except, instead of charging towards her it was dancing? "She cast Tarantallegra didn't she?"Lucille had a small smile on her face as the worry faded."If she's not another Ravenclaw, then I don't know who is."She said aloud to herself quietly. As she began to stand up he young witch pulled her wand from her pocket as she tried her best to be confident."Incendio!"She cried as she pointed her wand at the mosp. If this worked, Lucille hoped to be the one to finish off the mosp.

Mentioning @Alan Vanes | Interacting with Mosp #10 and @Grace Mint
Brightened golden hues were drawn over a figure that he recognized from previous interactions, the pain of a forehead injury seemed to swell within that mind of his as he recognized Alan for a moment. Another figure fell to the ground, orbs darted towards the person that caused a distraction to his thoughts at that moment. Was he going to get out of this easily? That question wasn't what was bother him, it was more as if this "ball" was going to annoy him any longer than it already had done thus far. An audible sigh came across him as he adjusted his bag across his shoulder to waist, wand still at his side and to the ready.

There was no other choice for the young Gryff', the girl had fallen and he had that mentality to make sure the being was still at least alive. Alan, the weird one, seemed to be handling the situation to his own degree. There was no arguing with the elder boy, that one did what he wanted to do and he didn't question it. Though, if Alan came into any sort of trouble, Zyk would actually lift his wand. To this degree though, as he took a step forward towards the downed girl (Grace), his peripheral vision caught the flick of movement to his left. Something seemed to be drawing closer to him and he tilted his head as he walked towards the fallen body.

An amused smile played once more across his features as the golden orbs landed upon the form of one of the mosps that seemed to be now targeting him. An exaggerated eye-roll occurred then, Zykeal had no patience for such nonsense. This was supposed to be a fun ball, something that he actually wanted to do at this school, for once... No though, his annoyance would be let out at this creature that seemed intent on pursuing him. Though his actions and demeanor did not suggest his frustration at the moment, the sudden flick of his wand in that sturdy mountain shape that overlooked the seas was directed towards the mosp, "Periculum," he said, faintly, the word spoken with such stoicism that one wouldn't be able to tell the amount of disdain he had mounted within him at that moment.

Besides the intent to distract the mosp with his beginner spell, he needed time to go and check to see if the body was living or not.

[If the mosp is successfully distracted and leaves Zykeal alone for a moment to check on the downed figure]
Reducio
Zykeal approached the girl who was then lying upon the ground and looked down at her, he thought for a moment to give her a little kick with his foot but felt that might not be so kind regardless if they were living or not. Bending down, he'd let two of his fingers come out and rest upon the artery of her neck for a moment to check the pulse of the girl. After feeling a little throb, he looked down and spoke up, "Oy', wake up," the annoyance on his voice was obvious.
