Aerith was born on 1st of April to Amélie Nouveau and Malakai Nouveau. Her father is a gentle man that loves his family and would do anything, but he rarely grow a spine whenever his wife crossed a line. He is also the one who inspired the love for the ocean on Aerith, which Amélie shook her head at. Her mother is strict and a woman that values perfection. She always scolded Aerith for her appearance and how she acted in the crowd. "It's not how a lady should be." Yada yada. She is the fourth child, with four other siblings. The slight age gap between her siblings above her was why they didn't get along well. Her oldest sister, is smart and already a healer in training and her twin brothers, both talented in sports and music. Which is why the pressure of being great doubled down. She always plays pranks on her siblings, except her little sister, whom she loves the most in the world. There was once when she's 8 years old, there's a boy in her class that kept on bullying her quiet friend. Thinking she had enough, she had beaten up the kid to get her message across. After the incidence her mother had looked at her with more displeasure and treat her as if she's a ticking time bomb.

It happened when she was 7 years old. Her mother had scolded her when she returned with dirty clothes from the family garden. She had collected her mother's favourite flowers to give, because shes happy her mother had safely deliver her baby sister. But her mother, due to stress had yelled at her for making a mess. Running to her room upset, she cried softly to herself surrounded by her toys and plushies. One of the big cat plushie, had somehow wrapped its arms around her in an attempt to comfort the little girl. She fell asleep in the warmth of her soft toys.

Aerith is a fairly tall girl for her age, which stands at 140cm, not too tall and not too short for an 11 years old girl.
hair.
Her curly blonde hair is unruly and always frizzy. Her mother forced her to tie it up during formal occasion to seem neat and presentable.
eyes.
Her grey eyes, the same as all her siblings, were framed with long lashes. There's two moles under her left eye, but unnoticeable unless you look closely.
face.
She has a straight nose and fair skin. Naturally rosy cheeks and freckles scattered adds up to an innocent look that doesn't match her personality.

Malakai grew up by the sea and always hoped his children would share the same love for it. None of them did, except for Aerith.There's no place on earth Aerith would rather be than the ocean. The cool breeze in her hair, the warm sunlight on her skin, the sound of crashing waves, she loves it. Every summer or any school holiday, she would run straight to the beach, much to her mother's dismay as she shouted after her. She enjoyed collecting seashells, surfing whenever she had the chance, or simply spending hours swimming. The sea is the paradise she escaped to.

Aerith's older siblings were sorted into Slytherin, so most people expected her to end up there as well. It came as a surprise when the Sorting Hat placed her in Gryffindor instead. But to those who knew her, it made perfect sense. Aerith had a strong sense of justice and could never stand by while someone was being treated unfairly. Always the one to speak her mind, always the one jumping head first to help people in need. She wasn't fearless, but she refused to let fear stop her from doing what she believed was right. A Gryffindor through and through.

Aerith's bravery often got her into trouble. She had a habit of acting before thinking, whether it was sneaking into places she wasn't supposed to be, accepting ridiculous dares, or investigating something that should have been left alone. More often than not, she walked away with scraped knees, dirty clothes, or a lecture waiting for her at home. She's the wild child among her siblings and deep down, she took pride of it. Still, there was never any ill intent behind her actions. Aerith simply found it impossible to turn away from an adventure, even when common sense told her she probably should.

Being a daughter of the Nouveau family meant expectations were high. You were expected to stand out in one way or another—to be intelligent, talented, athletic, or exceptional enough to be the talk of the town. Aerith... is none of that. She struggled in class and often found learning more difficult than everyone else seemed to. She's also not really talented in any other aspects. Arts, her drawings were never recognizable. Sports, just running for three minutes left her out of breath. Music, no talent at all. Still, she never stopped trying. She studied harder, practiced, and put in as much effort as she could, hoping it would eventually be enough to be praised by her mother. But her results are often mediocre at best. No matter how hard she worked, it always felt like she was falling just short.
