First Astronomy Lesson
She was absentmindedly combing her hair in the girls' restroom. It was the first few weeks of school, and she was mentally preparing herself. She had gotten used to school, but there were some things she still couldn't get used to.
When she was sure the time was approaching, she looked at her reflection in the mirror, slung the bag she had placed on the floor over one shoulder, and left the restroom.
School had started, and one of Lenora's least favorite subjects had arrived: Astronomy. The class was held at night, which for Lenora meant she was practically blind during that time. She was trying not to trip while climbing the stairs. She didn't want any new rashes on her knees.
When she finally reached the astronomy tower, she tried to regulate her breathing. 'I'd forgotten how many steps there are,' she thought. Squinting and trying to see properly, she sat down on one of the cushions. 'Okay, I managed to get here without any problems. 'Now, what I have to do is sit through the whole lesson and pretend I'm doing well,' she thought. She was trying to understand the students in the class. She was sure she looked strange from the outside.

Millie squinted her eyes at the class' schedule written in her journal. Tonight. Astronomy. How? If her Ma see it, she would be likely come to the professor and asking it by herself. She never even allowed Millie to keep her bedroom's light stay later than ten at night. She said, night time is specifically to rest. So for Millie, it's like taking a step toward something that was forbidden to her. Her first breaking rule. She's not gonna lie to herself—she liked it.
So now, almost at midnight, she climbed the stairs to the astronomy tower. She thought her house's tower is already high in the sky. Long tiring stairs. But this class's tower, which the actual highest point in this school, makes her wish she had wings or at least can levitated herself without using her feet. If she doing this until she graduated, she totally certain she'll gain more muscles on her calf rather on her hands.
Finally she arrived at the top of the tower! She huffed breathlessly, clicked her tongue, and wipe her sweat. There are already quite a few students there. Luckily, she hasn't caught any sign of the Professor yet so she casually walked in and flopped her body in the closest vacant cushion seat—great, this one is heaven!—she spotted on.
When she slowly gain her oxygen back, she just realized she sat beside the pretty snow-white girl. Yes, she knew it called albino, but she just like to said it as snow-white more than it actual known name. Rather, it's nothing offensive cause she really thought the girl is pretty like full-white of snow. But, when Millie looked it closely, why that girl constantly squinted her eyes?
"Hey, are you alright?" Millie asked with her slightly lower voice as she caught the Professor had enter the classroom.
