Jay smirked and ruffled Leo's hair "Aww, you're so small" she smirked, as a metamorph she might also be able to manipulate her height soon enough too, she couldn't wait until she was able to do so, then she could be tall.

I did never get to draw the apple trees did I?

Jay turned around and stared at the apple trees from where they just came from, the wind blowing softly through the fresh trees and birds chirping softly. "D'ya wanna head back?" she asked "Unless you doesn't wanna get in trouble" Jay smirked.

And even if we try to head back to either class or our common rooms, we could run into staff or a teacher

She headed back to the trees and to the shade, the sun was starting to hurt her face. "I'm heading back to the shade to draw, its fucking hot out here..." she muttered, using her hand to shade her eyes when she looked up at the clear and blue sky.

“you coming?” she asked, turning towards Leo “Or would you rather get caught by a teacher?” she smirked down at him and started heading back towards the trees, her boots forming soft outlines in the grass as she walked for shade.[center]

"Coming, wait!" Leo called after her and she heard footsteps as he raced to catch up and she slowed her pace ever so slightly so her schoolmate could catch up to her. She looked up at the blue sky again in awe and she changed her appearance absentmindedly again as she walked.

Her hair was now the soft sky blue, her eyes the white of the clouds and her skin went even more pale then before as she experimented with something she never had before. Jay looked down at her hands and focused intensely on her fingers specifically and bit by bit the skin colour on her hands was taken over by the green of the grassy area around her.

She held her hand up to the sky and tilted her head, "Huh..." she muttered, her hair curling on its own. ''So you're gonna draw the trees then? Why don't you draw the magnificent scene of me dropping a half eaten apple onto your lap?'' Jay turned to see Leo had caught up to her, quite quickly in fact.

"Pfft, maybe" she chuckled, putting her arm back to rest at her side, her fingers still tinted green. "I am going back to do some drawings though, and I don't wanna do it at night" she said thoughtfully.

"Are those apples nice?" Jay asked Leo, looking down at him "Because if so I'm going to eat one" she grinned "They look really nice" she grinned as the two students approached the cluster of apple trees.

Now that she was looking closer, she saw not all of them were apple trees, some were pine, some were oak and there were a few even she didn't recognize but all of them were quite tall, as if they had been growing for centuries. She stood and admired them for a moment, the long green grass rippling around her knees as the wind tossed it around like a boat in the big ocean and now she thought about it, the grass did look quite like the ocean waves.

Jay had only gone to the beach once and it had been a stormy day and the sea was grey and angry, churning against the rocks and ready to suck up anything that dared to swim at this time. She had stood out on the biggest and tallest rock and spread out her arms as the wind had whipped through her hair and around her, nearly blowing her small body off the rock. In the end she had returned to the damp sand and looked up at the grey sky for ages, admiring the beautiful rage of mother nature.

As she returned to the present she noticed her arms had spread out, soaking in the wind. "Oh" she laughed, putting them both down at her side before continuing to walk towards the trees.
