School Grounds

Just in general you cannot smoke or drink alcohol or do drugs as a child because it's not legal for said age, but also no to the drugs if it's like these mainstream stuff we have because that goes against our ratings I think, I was trying to be very careful with these rules because I did not want to get in trouble. When I did the Darkest Night saga on Clark, I thought about how Clark had drugged Alyssea with Amortentia, and that really works the same as spiking something. But doing drugs like meth and all isn't allowed any way it goes.

Smoking, someone has smoked (Draven) and I think he did it even on school property but I'm not sure? As for drinking alcohol, well, there's a reason schools don't allow alcohol on campus ;-; students will drink it! Now, if you were to go into Elmo's drawers when he was a professor in his office, you would've found alcohol, but he would not have left it out on the floor, on the desk, on the bookshelf. Not with liquid in them anyways.

So, to answer these questions;
Does Hogsmeade count as school grounds; technically no? A yes and a no because they're their own village with their own thriving community but students come here on weekends and are dropped off here every September 1st. (Or whatever the date is). Students internationally come here before they come to Hogwarts itself, I think, based on the past few balls.

Can older students smoke there; If you are 18, you reached the legal age to buy tobacco. Also I did a quick google search and apparently anyone born after July 1st 2009 in scotland will permanently be banned from buying tobacco? (I don't think that'll be implemented here but interesting) Otherwise, if you are not of legal age, you can't really smoke legally... you'd get in trouble.

Do inpc schools have equivalents; maybe? I imagine there's a town nearby all of them within some form of radius and they'll sell stuff but you have to consider how you're gonna obtain the tobacco or alcoholic product.

How did you obtain it? Why do you have something you're too young for? Stores wouldn't sell it to you without legal troubles. (Just as a btw, I was asked several times to go walk into a bar and use (1) a fake id and (2) my normal id to see if they'll card me and give me alcohol. If they did, they would be in big trouble. I would imagine these kinds of set ups would happen regularly everywhere.)

Alright, thanks! But what if they get sent by a parcel to you? Are the owls checked or can you just obtain them that way?
