Opeila woke up early again. For a while she had thought about going back to sleep, but she knew herself well enough to know that she would not be able to fall asleep again. So for a while she went down to the common room and did homework, until the great hall opened for breakfast.@Adonis Thorn18th April, 8am
The Slytherin often liked to go down to the lake to have breakfast. She was not the person who liked to be surrounded by people first things in the morning. Opeila needed some privacy to get prepared for the day.
Today she didn't feel like going to the lake. Mostly because she knew that she would end up giving her breakfast to the squid again, but also because she wanted a break from routines.
She had developed a certain interest in quidditch lately. The last time she had been on the training pitch, had been to read a book in privacy, but she had ended up watching the teams train and she had to admit that it impressed her quite a lot. Intrigued her.
At this time in the morning, probably no one would be there, so Opeila just grabbed some sandwitches from the Slytherin table and made her way down to the pitch.
The mornings started to get warmer slowly, Opeila didn't need a coat anymore. She felt warm with her house jumper. There was only a light breeze on the grounds.
The sun was almost up, colouring the sky pink and orange. Opeila loved sunrises as well as sunsets. The most peaceful times of the days, she found. Great times to spend alone. Think about things.
She made her way to the seats and put her bag down. Before getting out her breakfast she turned her face to the sun for a moment. Closed her eyes and let the sunrays warm her face for a bit.
It was so quiet... or was it?
OOC: I am sorry, it took me a bit...![]()

@Opeila SeilunAdonis had been up rather early for a Saturday morning being that he usually chose to sleep in such days during the weekend. He felt the sudden need and motivation to go out to the pitch and practice flying around. Hoping to improve his skills before tryouts next school year, Adonis set to continuously practice on the daily during the weekends from now on. With a quick brush of his teeth and the correct set of clothes to practice in, Adonis set out towards the Quidditch pitch at around 7 am.
He grabbed the small block box that he held his Golden Snitch in. He had bought the ball when he was shopping at Quality Quidditch Supplies one day in which he had also bought himself a Nimbus 1700. Although, he sent it back home to his parents immediately after for safe keeping until he was to actually use it. Meaning if he were to make the Slytherin Quidditch team. Adonis very much hoped so. He had accidentally missed out on tryouts earlier in the year, but now he was ready to hopefully get the chance at trying out next year.
For now, he used a school broom and released the Golden Snitch he had brought with him, flying off somewhere within the pitch. The boy zoomed off in search for it immediately afterwards. Ten minutes went by. Then twenty-five. Then thirty. Eventually, it reached an hour of him still in search for the snitch. This was just practice to him after all in trying to improve his perception and reaction time, hoping to catch the darn thing.
As it hit that hour mark it only took a few minutes after until Adonis had finally got close enough to the snitch to possibly catch it. He had shot off zooming across the pitch with the snitch to the other side, nearing the stands at this point. Finally, once he got close enough to it in grabbing range, Adonis gave one last lurch forward to grab the snitch, not paying attention one bit to his surroundings. With that final lunge forward, Adonis' broom hit the wall and sent him flying off his broom and into the stands.
Adonis laid on the in one of the aisles, covered by either row of seats on both sides of him and groaning in pain from the rough landing. He brought his hand up to hover above his face, opening slightly and in it was the snitch. The Slytherin boy slowly sat up, grunting in pain and holding his head while allowing himself to regain his composure.

It was when Opeila opened her eyes again, that she saw the boy in the sky. For a second she was not quite sure weither to be annoyed about not having a moment alone or not, but then she decided to watch him a bit. It could be quite interesting to watch the quidditch players sometimes.
Although- Was he even a Quidditch Player? The Slytherin couldn't say from that distance.
He was chasing something... Something very small and shiny. Was that a... Whatwasthatballcalledagain, a snitch?
He got closer to the stands. Closer. Closer. Opeila was already impressed, the boy must be capable of a spectacular maneuvre to not crash into it- but then that was exactly what he did. The little girl's eyes widened when the boy flew right into the stands and off his broom.
Opeila abandoned her breakfast and made her way up on the stands to check if the boy was still alive.
"Merlin, are you out of your mind? First Flying Lesson, one of the three basic rules- Check your goddamn surroundings. Are you alright?", she said, crouching down next to him. It baffled her that he had still managed to catch the snitch.
She wondered if that made him a good candidate for seeker or not.

Why did he always do this to himself? Adonis had a way of embarrassing himself, or perhaps not embarrassing but being reckless and clumsy during his first meetings with new people that he would meet. He wasn't an idiot, no. It just always happened to be this way with him. Okay, maybe he was at times impulsive and it made him look one, but he was a smart and ambitious wizard nonetheless. Plus, he also ended up catching the snitch in the end so what did it matter? He would take pain in return for a win win situation like that any day. Though the pain didn't subside one bit as of yet and he laid himself back down in between the row for a minute to recover. That was until eventually a familiar looking girl came up to him and put him on blast.
"Damn girl." Was the first thing he thought of and also escaped his mouth with a slight tone of attitude and furrowed brows, immediately Adonis caught himself and his eyes widened. Yikes. He just didn't like how she came up to him like that and gave him a quick lecture, but her checking up on him in the end calmed him. The boy once again sat up until eventually standing up to his feet and dusting himself off, placing the snitch in his pocket shortly after. "I- uh yeah. I think I'll be fine. And I only threw myself off the broom and crashed into the stands because I was going for the home stretch in trying to catch the snitch before it could make a sharp turn, which I would've then lost it afterwards most likely. Little bugger is annoying to catch I'll tell ya." Adonis said with a chuckle, rubbing the back of his head with a slight grin. "Oh! Apologies. I'm Adonis and yourself?" He asked the girl, extending his hand in greeting forward for her to possibly shake if she liked.Interacting with @Opeila Seilun

As Opeila walked up to the stands, she was greeted with two words. Damn Girl. Yes, maybe she deserved it. Opeila was more the angrily or annoyed concerned type and although she meant well- not always but mostly, that meant- she sometimes just hit people in the face with it.
Anyways her brows rose a little when she heard his reaction. She didn't answer to it, but she would for sure remember it.
Opeila's eyes were widened a little when he explained that he threw himself off the broom tho catch the snitch, which was rather hard to catch in the first place. She blinked a few times, simply irritated about the boy's... yeah, disregard about his own safety really. "If this was an actual game and you risked your health- your life even maybe- to win it, I'd say 'how very Gryffindor of you', but since it is not... I have not found fitting words yet." The little Slytherin shook her head. "Well, glad you are okay though."
The boy introduced himself as Adonis and held his hand out to her. His grin was catching, Opeila couldn't help a little smile herself, when she shook it. "Nice to meet you, Adonis. I am Opeila." She chuckled. "You are the second person I meet, who is named after a greek mythological figure. I wonder how many there are in Hogwarts."
Her gaze fell onto his broom. "That is a schoolbroom, isn't it? Not your own? Do you plan to get on the Quidditch Team? As a seeker?" For that he would have to get those basic rules into his head though...
