No, but she is inspired by traits I have seen in other people. Although we both value family and community, we have very different approaches and mindsets that affect how we display this. Much like all my characters, Naiane is not straight.

No, but a sprinkle I guess! Angel is different, she can do long conversations I tend to prefer small talk. Some hobbies are based off mine but I think she's not really based off me for some parts, in features or anything of the like.

Yes! Riley does ballet, which is basically what my whole life is about. Also she’s confident, much like me. She’s also not afraid to stand up or fight with anyone. She’s also a bookworm and slight nerd, also like me. She’s also really self aware and self conscious. We’re both very organized and prepared, too. So yeah, she’s a lot like me.

Yes, I based most of his personality off of myself when I was younger (shy, kind-hearted, and a bookworm), but I'm planning to make him mature into a more confident, outgoing and brave person when he's older.

Mostly, although some family dynamics are different, my character is like me. She is slightly less athletic than me and has even less coordination than me. She is quiet when not being spoken to, which is slightly different than me, but once you get to know her she is chatty.

Not really. She is a lot more outgoing than me, and more social, which I am not with most people. But with people I know I'm definitely a lot more like her, I become more outspoken and energetic. But she is mostly a character I made up in my mind, who has adapted some of my own personality traits.

Yes, some parts of me are really in Isla, some others just clicked into place.

OCC I'm very nervous perfectionist and over thinker and Isla is too. It fit her background and it's been her personality ever since, she yearns for a real connection with someone the same way I do.
