Dear Grandma,

Hi! I miss you so much, but I am also have such a blast here at Hogwarts. I went to Florean Fortescue's Ice Cream Parlour a few days ago. Let me just tell you! We have to go together one day! It was so good. I wasn't hungry at the time but I was definitely happy that I got some anyway. I met a couple of girls in the Courtyard today too! They are super nice! One of them is in Gryffindor so I now have someone to talk to in my own house, which is super nice. I miss home a lot, I miss you a lot, but I know that this is a once in a lifetime experience so I am just pushing through. All of the focus I have to put on homework and classes helps to take my mind off how much I miss it. And now that I have someone to talk to, that'll help too!

Anyway, how are you? Are you holding up ok without me? I'm just joking, I'm sure you are! You are the toughest person I know! I have to go but I will write again soon. I really to miss you! I love you. I hope you have a good rest of your week!
