Strands of grass, others pointed, others sunk. Exposed by the sun, it's rays giving soul. The day was full. Full of life.
The grounds is a place for nature. Openly throughout, comparison to the castle walls. It gives a sort of meaning. I don't know what meaning that is but there is one.
Birds fly high, capable of it's wings. Whilst the wind, flows on its own, ability to soar yonder. Gryffindors quidditch team? Ha! Well..
"Useless!"
Stomping around, a trio. Their boots and shoes, strolling through the green hues.
"We've lost two in a row! Unbelievable." He'd cross his arms.
"Can 'ya even believe? Ain't we 'posed to be the Jocks?"
"Jocks?"
"Its a muggle thing." Chatt smirked.
Surrounded by complacent Gryffindors, was a Ravenclaw.
They'd stumble, or run, but unusually—they're walking. Taking their time to bask in the sun.
His friends, both Gryffindors, had been complaining. Talking over each other, on and about how the 'House of Lions' were to lose twice in a row. Isn't that something?
"Oh—a muggle thing. . But even so, the Gryffindor team sucks right now."
"Agreed."
Ah, eleven-year-olds. The thing about them being indecisive. Opinions switching in a matter of seconds. These two—the perfect example. Talking trash at their own house.
Chatt could only add fuel to the burning fire.
"Please, the team is making Gryffindors look like—" He'd bark a laugh, before continuing on. "House-cats if ever!"
His friends stop at their tracks. Laughing at the crude comment.
"Ya' can't—" he'd wipe his eyes, tearing up from the laughter. His sentence uncompleted.
Another spoke, but not before letting out a large exhale. "You can't talk crap about our house..!" The words, quite opposite to the action.
Chatt's laugh slowly died out, staring at his friends. Continued on to make jokes. They were funny alright, but Chatt isn't the one to shame a House. After all, this was were the chosen one was placed in. He'd take that to mind.
But hey—he still continued on.

Bludgered and Beaten
Ira was in terrible mood today. Well, who wont be after witnessing their own house succumbing in the hands of their rival house in a match so important?Ira Ray______________________________________
Gryffindor|First year|N/A
Unbelievable! she thought to herself and hurriedly walked across the grounds of Hogwarts.
The weather was nice and windy. The sun was especially bright today, quite contrasting to the storm raging in her heart. She was not having it. Her hair flailing around her cheeks like some dramatic protagonist on their way to kill a dragon. Several students brushed past her, making fun of their team decisively losing the battle. Oh, dont you dare ask, it was a match right then what battle am I talking about? Quidditch. Quidditch is the battleground for Ira Ray. She is the knight in shining armour in Quidditch, at least thats how she sees herself. She had always been praised by her mates at home because of her bludgering skills. Seldom to never did she ever lose sight of her target, losing wasnt even an option.
"If only I were to be in the team! This humiliation is just unbearable!" she thought as she brushed past a group of children her age, discussing about today's match.
Ira stopped walking.
House cats? Huh she clicked her tongue and sarcastically chuckled at their crazy comments. Of course the great Ira had to speak up. So she did. To her great dismay two of those insolent kids were Gryffindors and another, Ravenclaw. She assumed it would be the Ravenclaw who was trash talking, I mean logically speaking why would one badmouth one's own house?
"Excuse me. Whatever you are spitting out of your mouth, take it back if you care for your dear life!" she said walking up to the Ravenclaw boy. Ira knew what she was saying. She always has pranks up her sleeve so it would be pitiful if anyone takes her threats lightly. She can in fact find ways to make a person regret their life's choices without any serious damage but enough to annoy the hell out of them. "Don't run your mouth like that ever again! You cant just judge a team based on a single match! It's only time the Ravenclaws fall to the pits of loss by the Gryffindors, just you wait!" she said glaring at him.

Laughing. Laughing and chattering by all he wants. His boys were quite entertained to say the least. Maybe the wind also laughed heartedly with it. In fact. . . the wind was quite loud right now...
"Excuse me. Whatever you are spitting out of your mouth, take it back if you care for your dear life!" A young girl, waves of strands bouncing each step that took great force and anger.
Towards.. Chatt?
Coming closer and closer, was the disruptor herself.
"What but I—" Chatt retorted. His legs stepped backward one-by-one automatically. He chuckled. Hands in the air, acting as if this was in a playful way.
"Dude—"
"Don't run your mouth like that ever again! You cant just judge a team based on a single match! It's only time the Ravenclaws fall to the pits of loss by the Gryffindors, just you wait!"
Chatt stopped in his steps. A few feet away from his friends. Bystanders to the problem they created themselves. As the girl became infront of Chatts view, he could see the ambition within her eyes of chocolate with the taint of fire. The dusky tone of her skin could be in detail, as the sun hit right. The wind passed by.
"Listen—you mayyyyy..." Words slipping off. Speaking with utmost defense. "Got the wrong idea!" "My friends." A slight pause. Looking at his 'friends' acting all unknowledgeable.
"Were the one dissing—I mean talking trash.!"
"I mean would you look at the Gryffindor's losing streak right now..."
Seeing the courage in her eyes as he might go by his words. He faltered.
Gesturing for his hesitant friends to come by to apologize, each step of theirs felt longer and longer. Till they stood beside him.
"Chatt Auclair." "Look. They'll apologize."
He waited. And slightly waited. Before looking through them.
"Man, hurry." Crossing his arms impatiently.
"Err-"
"Sorry I guess."
He'd looked leniently for her reaction. Hoping this would settle between them. Right now, he didn't want any trouble after that girl. Tiring to say the least.
In hopes of the best, all would be forgiven. Right?
