Secret Blossom Ball
Chaos, while some students were fleeing the Quidditch pitch, Jorah was choosing to run inside. He had to find Jack. Running past the boutonniere box, Jorah got a close up of how terrifying massive these creatures were. The looming insect was over a foot long with a stinger half a foot in length. Jorah ran past the mosp, too afraid to see if it was now pursuing him. He swerved left and right around the individual battles. Circling around the pitch, he scanned every face for a sign of Jack. No... no...no. He's not here. Had he left already, should I do the same? He had failed his last date at the Masquerade. Jorah and Ruthie had both suffered from his failure. Jorah wasn't about to let that happen a second time, he couldn't leave until he found Jack.
Looking up at the spectator stands towering above, he could see more students. Could he be there? Maybe, but why would Jack be waiting for me up there. And if so which tower? The last place he might be is the changing room, maybe Jack never made it out here yet. Jorah resolved to give the changing room a quick look. If he couldn't find him there, then he'd have to try elsewhere. With that he ran towards the changing rooms.Action: exiting, moving to changing room

I'm an idiot. I'm an idiot. I'm an idiot. Katrina's own words echoed relentlessly in her head as the reality of her mistake finally settled in. Fear gripped her pounding heart and froze the blood in her veins. Never in her life had she ever been as scared as she was right now.
It was bad enough the fact that her spell had failed and that at least four people were watching. But the murderous gleam in the mosp's eyes as it turned to face her was enough to frighten even the strongest of people. Fate was surely against her now.
There wasn't time to brace herself as the huge bug raised itself and charged strait at her face. Katrina hardly had the time to turn her face away as it plunged its stinger right into her ear. She gasped in pain, jumping away from the bug and falling on the ground. Her entire head was throbbing and pulsing and felt as if it were on fire. Each of her racing heartbeats rushed the poison through her veins.
Katrina held in sobs somehow made it to her feet. The world tilted dangerously with her fast movements. If only she could remember what the poison did, then she could be better prepared. Her chest constricted painfully and each breath was shorter and faster with fear.
Through, now gasping, breaths, Katrina spoke to River and most likely everyone around her, "I-I'm gonna be f-fine. We need to r-run,,"
Katrina raised a shaky hand to her ear and yelped at her own gentle touch. When she looked back at her hand, she found it was bloody. This was not good. Hopefully the fact that her ear was so close to her brain would not make the poison worse, everything that could go wrong raced to the front of her brain and trapped the 12-year-old in a state of fear.
"We need to run," Katrina's voice was adamant now, almost as if she was trying to convince herself. Though, at this point, she probably was.
Katrina didn't turn from the bug, although now it was flying threateningly above them. Instead of looking away, she backed away slowly. Her thoughts muddled as the pain in her ear was almost too much to bear. It was fine if she got hurt, but if anyone else got hurt because of her- Katrina knew she couldn't stand it. With that steely fact in her pained mind, Katrina grew more stubborn.
"I will watch your back, run, please! I would rather get hurt worse than see any of you getting hurt because of me," Obviously the poison had done something to her mind, because Katrina would have never admitted that out loud. Possibly it was just the amount of crazy adrenaline that had elicited the truth.
"Run," Katrina hissed at River, pleading eyes, "HEY BUGGO, BETCHU CAN'T CATCH ME AGAIN!" Katrina ran away from River waving her hands wildly in the air hopefully luring the beast in her direction. She raised her wand, crazy determination in her eyes. I won't let anyone else get hurt because of me. With every ounce of lunacy that was left within her Katrina called out "NOT A FAN OF SMOKE MOSPIE? FUMOS!"

With every possible scenario Ruka had expected as an outcome of this situation, the one thing he had not expected was for yet another kid he didn't know to throw himself in front of the purple haired girl with a shield charm that rendered his second Immobulus of the night just as useless as the first had been. He could feel and hear it whizzing past his ear as it rebound, just to fizzle out in the air somewhere behind him. It was almost getting annoying how each time he tried to prevent some kind of physical altercation his spells seemed to miss one way or another; Had his Incendio not worked either he would have been tempted to blame his wand, but it seemed more like some higher power Lydia and Aaron clearly really just didn't want him to immobilise people.
The kid with the shield charm seemed ready for a fight, like he was prepared to cast whatever spells at Ruka to keep the girl behind him safe, but his stance of attack was completely lost on the Gryffindor as his eyes instead focused on Jack, who's own spell missed too, vanishing in the night air in a similar fashion to Ruka's own.
The fact that none of their targets actually ended up immobilised just meant that the fight between them continued, and there was nothing Ruka could do but watch with a terrified expression on his face as Funeral Boy's kick hit Jack instead of who he supposed was its original target. The impact seemed painful, made a sound that could be heard even from where the Gryffindor was standing, and it caused a wave of nausea to rush through him.
Almost immediately, Ruka dropped his wand arm, bending down only to pick up his unlit torches and keep them tightly under his arm before he sprinted towards the fight. "Jack!" he called out, a mixture of worry and annoyance in his voice as he came to a halt and dropping to his knees next to where the other boy had fallen down, reaching out the hand still holding his wand to pat across Jack's arm and chest as if to evaluate the damage that had been done by Funeral Boy's kick. "What the hell?" He barely registered the girl's attack missing its target as well as he rolled his eyes at Jack, a worried frown knitting his brows together. "What do you think you're doing, you moron?" What was it with people unnecessarily putting themselves in harm's way tonight?
Holding his torch out steadily to the side to avoid singeing anybody with the flames, he finally put his attention back on the pair of wannabe wrestlers, getting back on his feet to stand protectively between Jack and the other two's squabbling. "Freaking stop," he insisted loudly, and this time the tip of his wand found Funeral Boy, just in case he had any more badly aimed kicks to execute. "That's enough now." He tilted his wand downwards a little to show that he wasn't going to attack unless prompted to do so. All he really wanted was to avoid anymore kicks and punches being thrown around. "There's enough going on without you lot beating each others' brains out!" As one of the only people to still not have really processed the arrival of the overgrown insects whirring through the air, he probably had only a vague idea of how much there was really going on but even he realised that it was too much to additionally be dealing with some kids and their impromptu wrestling match of blindly aimed attacks.
It was in this moment that he first really noticed one of these horribly overgrown magic wasps making itself comfortable at a table nearby, seemingly enjoying the floral scents from all the bouquets on it. Pulling a face at its ugly appearance, Ruka tried to rake his brain for any knowledge he may have had on those things, but he didn't think he'd ever seen one, neither in class nor in his countless rereads of Fantastic Beasts. No, he had no clue how to deal with a thing like that, but if there was one thing he did know, it was that insects were no big friends of smoke, so maybe being equipped with fire wasn't a bad thing.
He slowly let his gaze drift back to Jack still on the ground to make sure he wasn't in anybody else's line of attack before slowly tucking his wand away to instead take one of the unlit torches and holding it against his already burning one until the fire caught on the wood. Taking a deep breath he turned towards the boy he'd just pointed his wand at a minute before, this time holding out the second torch for him to take. "There," he said carefully, as if not completely sure whether to trust this kid with blazing fire or not. He had watched him get a girl mad enough to spill a drink on him, so rational thought told him that this wasn't exactly the kind of person you wanted to be running loose with a torch in his hand, but for now it was more important to avoid any more fighting. "Might help keeping those things away." He nodded towards the nearby insect with a little frown. Mostly, Ruka just thought there was no way for the other boy to be attempting any more high kicks with fire in his hand.
Hopefully.
Once the torch had been taken from him, he turned to hold his hand out to Jack to offer him some help getting up again. "Want some fire too, Burn-it?" he asked with a little grin, concern still evident on his face. "Or were you planning on playing punching bag for anybody else first?"

Anastasia grinned widely at the perfect spell that lept from her wand. If anyone could cast it successfully under her circumstances, it was clearly her. She also knew that her immediate instinct to set the suspicious object on fire would lead to no end of teasing from Rafael once all this was over. He already greeted her half the time by asking if she had set anyone on fire. She also wondered if, at this point, she had earned some kind of nickname for her flamboyant ways. Seeing as others had earned nicknames for far less than she had, she concluded that she had to have some kind of nickname that she didn't know about. What could it be though? Sparky? That would be irritating and she would clearly need to be scarier and set more people on fire if that was the case. She hoped it was something that was somewhat regal. Maybe princess of fire? Oh, or better yet, Fire Queen? That would be -
At that moment, her luck seemed to come to an end. Her torn skirt tangled in her heels and down she went. The stupid vase went flying out of her hands, and she huffed in irritation as she watched to see where it fell. However, at that moment, everything seemed to go into slow motion.
As she toppled, she felt a strange warmth coming over her. It was nice for a moment, and she wondered what it could be. Quickly though, the warmth turned uncomfortable, then rather stingy and painful, then suddenly it was a pain beyond words. She let out a scream that terrified even her. As she hit the ground, she noticed two things in quick succession. The first was that Ivy was coming and yelling at her for being an idiot, and Ana could see Astrea behind her with her skirts tied up in a rather interesting manner. Ana wished she had thought of that, maybe she wouldn't be in this tripping situation then. The second realization took a bit longer, partially because it was so insane. Ana was warm. Ana was in pain. As the ground came at her in slow motion and she saw her empty hand outstretched to catch herself, it was no longer something she could deny. Anastasia Beckett was on fire.
How was she on fire? Maybe if she could figure out how, she could figure out a way to stop it. Maybe someone else's spell had gone wonky and hit her. No, that wasn't it. She had set people on fire before, and it wasn't like this. She had somehow spontaneously burst into flame. But how? The roses that sat several feet away seemed to hauntingly answer her. She remembered her finger brushing against the thorn, the single rose not changing. She wanted to kick herself for the impulse that had told her to set them on fire. That was clearly how she had burst into flames. As she tried to think of a solution, her thoughts became slower and harder, since every single nerve in her body wanted to focus on the fact that she was burning. After several more attempts to think of a plan, she gave in to her body and focused solely on the fact she was on fire.
Every second she thought that the pain couldn't get any worse, it somehow did. It didn't help that someone was screaming so loudly and so hauntingly that she couldn't hear herself think. Or that there was some disgusting burning smell. It was horrible and a smell that she wouldn't soon forget, like one of the few times the elves had burnt dinner, like overly fatty pork burning. Both of those were going to need to cease for her to figure out a plan beyond laying on the ground. However, as she dumbly watched people run towards her, she realized that both the smell, and the horrible screams were coming from her.
The smell alone was enough to make her nauseous, but the idea that it was coming from her made her stomach start churning violently. She wanted to vomit, but couldn't. She supposed that was for the best. Flaming vomit would be both a far worse smell and possibly a further danger to those around her. Her eyes darted around like a dying animal, taking in those who had chosen to try to help her.
Of course, Rafa was there. She didn't know what she'd done to deserve a friend like him, but whatever it was, she was glad. He was someone who just understood her in a way nobody else in the entire world did. When they had first spoken, she had known that he was someone who was going to be important to her for the rest of her life. She just hadn't thought it would be so short. She dearly hoped that she could tell him that her death wasn't his fault. It had been her mistake and carelessness that had led her to prick her finger and her own impulsive nature that had set herself on fire. Her best friend tried to extinguish her, but his wand seemed to have other ideas.
A white-haired girl(Lark) ran over and attempted to put out the flame, but was also unsuccessful. What kind of terrible flame had Ana cast? Was she cursed to burn to death now? She hoped this wouldn't hurt the girl too much, as she seemed like a decent sort, seeing as she had so valiantly attempted to help a stranger. She was joined by some other boy Ana didn't recognize. He was yelling something at someone, but her vision was beginning to blur and she couldn't make out his words.
Her throat was burning. Was that from the screaming or the fire? No matter how badly she wished she could maintain some small shred of dignity, her screams had continued. Somehow, they scared her more now than before. There was a raspiness to them, maybe from the smoke. Something in her knew that when she stopped screaming, she would die.
She realized she was assuming she was going to die. Never in her life had she imagined this. Frankly, given her recent exploits, she had thought she couldn't die. Maybe she wasn't immortal exactly but protected in some way. After all, she was Anastasia Beckett.
She felt floaty, like part of her soul was leaving her. She'd read about this before - when some people underwent serious trauma, they would do something called disassociation. It wasn't working a bit though, she could still feel every bit of her body that was on fire. Maybe this was it. Maybe this was how Anastasia Blair Marie Katherine Alexandra Sophia Beckett died.
She wondered what she had ever done to deserve to die this way. Then, it was so obvious to her, that she would have laughed if she wasn't still screaming in pain. This was the universe laughing at her and getting her back for all of the times she'd set others or their belongings on fire. Did that really warrant this? Again, she wanted to laugh hysterically, since, in her life thus far, she had vehemently disbelieved that there was such a thing as fate. How could she deny it now though? A small part of her was very concerned that she was wanting to laugh so badly. Clearly, she was going insane from pain or smoke inhalation. Either way, she was clearly dying and this wouldn't last much longer.
As the floaty feeling increased, the noises of the ball disappeared, and all she could hear were her own screams. Then, she heard someone else's screams. That snapped her back to her body, and her eyes rolled around looking for the source. She saw a massive fire, or light anyway. She had somehow brought someone else down with her. Lovely, she wasn't only dying, she was committing homicide as she did so.
Maybe this wasn't such a bad way to go. Rafa was there and she was dressed fabulously. Maybe - Actually, no, fuck that. This was a terrible way to die. She would be burned beyond all recognition, she would die in excruciating pain, and her best friend would have to watch. Even worse, her death meant absolutely nothing. In her 13 years on earth, she had done nothing of merit, nothing that counted. She wasn't even a full person yet! How could she die? She had done little more than study, obsess over boys, and bully people. That wasn't a legacy! That wasn't what Anastasia Beckett wanted to leave for the world!
Maybe it was the screams of the other human torch, maybe it was her stark realziations about her legacy or lark thereof, maybe it was the fact her hand was still wrapped tightly around her wand, but something stirred inside her. She wasn't going to give up. She wasn't going to be a damsel in distress who needed others to save her. She was going to fight this. That was a better way to die than just screaming and burning. Every single breath sending a shudder of pain through her body, she tried to move from the fetal position that she had assumed when she had fallen. She couldn't move much, but she vaguely remembered reading somewhere that there was a muggle method for stopping fires that often worked when magical methods failed. It was stop, drop, cartwheel. No, that wasn't it. In any event, she had certainly already stopped and dropped, and she knew the last move had something to do with moving. Every tiny movement sending a new wave of exquisite pain through her body, she tried to do something that vaguely resembled rolling or wiggling or something. God, this was a terrible way to die...

He flinched a bit as the others spell flew past the gruesome pest, causing the damned thing to turn its attention towards their group of four. Apparently not a fan of being threatened it seemed to focus on the other Gryffindor, cutting into her ear with its stinger and honestly they were probably lucky it hadn't had better aim.
Yet that was a option he was not keen on staying around to act out. No thank you.
At her words he perked up a bit, eyes narrowing as the tone of voice went from breathless to sounding...sure, in a way that was rarely ever good when he heard someone say it. Especially from his house.
"Yeah, so lets run. Now," he urged, taking a few steps away from where the Mosp had begun to hover eyeing the group. As if daring them to try something which they would, they would leave that is. Leave the damn thing and the others be unless they were hostile towards them and Merlin if the universe didn't agree with this plan since it was then that he noticed the candles begin to flicker, as if dying all over again only to suddenly brighten. Painting their surrounding in wonderful normal light. Yet even as he began to move, taking a glance towards Logan and the other girls, tilting his head to the exit that was much easier to see now with a, "shall we?", it seemed it would not be that easy.
When was it ever?
"Are you daft?"he snarled in hushed tones towards his house mate, "absolutely not! Lets all leave and not make the giant bug possibly angrier and make it chase us down!" it was a battle to keep his voice level, an uphill fight to not slap the girl in an attempt to make her have some common sense!
He turned to the other girl, the ginger, River?
"you're her friend right? Talk some sense into her!" he pleaded quietly, quite sure she had a better chance of guilt tripping one of his housemates into running than a total stranger.
Of course it was just natural that the stroke of good luck of the lights coming back on would be balanced out by Katrina shouting at the pest!
"Stop!" he hissed, instantly going to grab at the others arm not holding her wand to try and drag her away just as she lifted her wand. Noble in the worst possible situation. Though even worse the fact that he somewhat understood what she was trying to do.
'Disgusting kind' he amended in his head. Those types of people always ended up way more hurt than they should be...
"Don't!" he yelped, voice changing from the low tone of voice to one of panic as she taunted it with way more bravery than he felt she should have after being stung by it.

Alexis watched in horror as the redhead’s spell narrowly missed the mosp. She froze as if she was petrified as the mosp turned to look at the girl and made a beeline at her, with its stringers extended! She watched as the the girl fell down to the ground, her ear bleeding. Alexis stepped forward, reaching her hand out to help steady the girl as she looked like she was about to fall again. “Can you walk?”
Her brows furrowed as the light at the tip of her wand start to flicker and slowly died down. Great, I’ve really been slacking. Luckily for her and others, the candles above her slowly came back to life again. She looked up, Alright, at least I can see. Her eyes wandered around to meet with the flower decorations and the gigantic mosps.
Her eyes locked on the mosp flying above her head, it looked angry. What did I do to deserve this?
Alexis turned around to look for the quickest and safest route for her and others to flee. It seemed like luck wasn’t on her side today. Everywhere she turned to, there was a mosp attacking someone. She willed her brain to focus on making an escape plan that would allow her to avoid the mosps all together.
Her attention snapped back as she heard the girl telling them to run. Alexis study the girl’s state, she had pained expression on her face and her ear didn’t look good. “There is a broom stash by the entrance, we should be able to grab one and get some help.”
Alexis looked at the girl like she has grew a second head when she suggested they should leave without her. She opened her mouth to object but was cut off by another boy. Thank god, there is a sensible person. “He’s right, you know.” But, unfortunately, none of that was able to stop the girl from challenging the mosp.
Alexis wanted to face palm as the redhead proceed to taunt the mosp after casting another spell at it. That was not brave, that’s just dumb. She bit her tongue to keep herself from offending the girl, she’s already hurt. Instead she turned to the boy, the sane one, as he grabbed the girl arm, sending him a thankful look. Looking back that the girl, “You are not watching anyone’s back, you need to go to the infirmary.” She said with a serious expression, quite intimidating for an eleven year old. Her voice filled with authority, leaving no room for any argument. I’m so done.
She gave everyone around her a once over then, “Let’s go”

Why? Why was this happening again. Maybe it was the ghost of memories of the last ball crashing repeatedly against her skull wanting to burst out and fill her body. Maybe the rush of adrenaline causing her to stutter the incantation towards the start of the word. Either way, only a short sputter of light released itself from the tip of her wand.
"No..No!" Lark snapped shaking her wrist, wand still held tight in her hand. She glared down at it half pleading and half enraged. Why wasn't it listening to her? Her best friend's voice yelling beside her drowned out the screams for a second. The girl still burning in front of her seemed to writhe in pain as Lark stared down at her helplessly. This wasn't … happening.. not again. Once more she stood helpless as those around her suffered. A dense weight pressed down on her, squeezing the air from her lungs as the smell of burnt hair tickled her senses and caused a small swell of bile to rise in the back of the young girl's throat. An inky black color swept over her once silvery locks, the same way a shrouded look clouded her eyes. A voice slithered it's way into the Ravenclaw and constricted her muscles.
You're useless.
Screams still filtered through the air around her.
Nothing. You can't even help this girl.
The flames that were consuming the body just inches from her feet flickered in the Ravenclaw's stare.
Useless.
The heat radiating from the girl lying in front of her nipped at Lark's dress and warmed her shins. The ball she hadn't seen...smelled anyone burning, just the room. Let alone been privy to any of the more chaotic fight with the half-giants. 'Useless' She had been knocked out… Yet, here she was frozen, any surge of adrenaline that had overtaken her drained from her just like the color from her face.
"I..I"Muttering under her breath, throat drying up as some deeper section of her mind tried to scramble to cover up what Lark was seeing. Trying to process and box it up but fumbling to put the lid on the images, feelings, emotions… instead everything spilling over and only dragging her deeper into a stupor.

The stingers themselves were enough to send chills of fear down any sane persons back. River had been stung by bees before, and it wasn’t fun. She learned that she had an allergy the hard way when she was seven. Hopefully that wouldn’t translate into these magical creatures. The ravenclaw had no intentions of being stung by any type of bee-ish insect once more, and especially not by these foot-long stingers.
A relieved sigh escaped River’s lips as Katrina's spell had missed her intended target. Perhaps it would be too occupied with the flowers to notice? That theory was quickly canceled, as the ugly beast zoomed straight down towards Katrina, clearly raging mad at her attempt to flipendo it out of the air. Instinctively, River quickly shuffled back, wanting to not stay in the immediate target zone of the mosp. As it retreated back up to the air, River’s eyes fell upon Katrina on the ground. One of the other students were quick to react and help her to her feet. Katrina wasn’t alright, she was hurt, and probably running on quite the adrenaline rush.
The unfamiliar boy, who River hadn’t even noticed pop up until he suddenly spoke up with the rest of them. “You know Katrina, the guy has a point”, she said as Katrina seemed to be entering a state of giving up her own opportunity to get away in one piece. To be honest, River was quite surprised to see Katrina had some guts. Sure, they were maybe stupid self-sacrificing guts, but guts nonetheless. “Damn it Katrina, no one’s sacrificing themselves to this ugly ass overgrown moth”, she said and motioned for them to begin heading away from the mosp hovering above the group. Looking at the thing though, it didn’t seem to be in the mood to give up its search for revenge that easily. As Katrina attempted her cast of the smokescreen spell, River strode quickly over to a nearby flower decoration, grabbed some flowers, and tossed them as close to the mosp as she could without hitting it. “Go get your bloody flowers”, she said as she tossed them.
Did River know the best thing to do would probably be to just get out of there right away? Yup. Did she believe the mosp would let them do so just like that? Nope.
River truly hoped the ugly mosp would be more interested in the flowers, rather than chasing after the group, but she didn't want to stick around too long to find out. She also hoped that the mosp would take the flowers as a peace gift, and not a threat, but she wasn't so sure that would be the case. She turned to the group as she started heading towards the exit, “Let’s just all try to get outta here”, she looked to the other girl, “I like that, let’s try to get to the brooms”.|| Action ||

Everything turned into hell by a moments notice, almost as if the darkness had activated an inner anger in everyone. From what he could just about see students were still fighting amongst themselves in a bitter civil war, but something else would soon enter the fray. The buzzing once heard outside the stadium was now right above them, as well as black shapes that almost seemed to be larger then them. Suddenly, the things revealed themselves and dove down onto the ball. It was clear what the things were... mosps. These bee like creatures normally roamed the dark forest, what on earth were they doing all the way out here?
Percy looked on and was surprised as everyone else as to their arrival, but wasn't surprised an event like this was going to happen. He went to reach for his wand that was stored in his suit pocket, but all he found was nothing. His eyes slowly rolled and remembered he must of left it by his bedside "Gods sake..." he muttered under his breath as he continued to keep an eye on the creatures movements. Since he didn't have a wand, it was only right to do things the old fashioned way. Percy quickly turned his attention to the table and grabbed a hold of three knifes, stuffing two of them in his pocket for safe keeping. His throwing skills were going to be put to the test tonight and then some. When he turned around he was met by a big fireball and screams of pure agony, of which came from two students as they rolled around the floor.
The sight of someone burning would makes anyone's skin tingle in despair, even if you're the bravest person around. Percy himself was shocked from the sight of a student burning alive, something that anyone wouldn't be able to get out their mind for a while "Focus Percy... focus..." he said to himself before drawing his eye sight away from the carnage, his breathing picking up slightly.
Percy slowly and carefully started making his way through the ball, his eyes set on a mosp that was perched on one of the many stands scattered around the ball. He could see that people were starting to provide air support on their broom, especially Evelynn who was raining fire on the mosps as she allowed others to escape. At least the only positive tying about her was that she wasn't a coward like some students at this school.
Eventually, he was in throwing distance of the dormant mosp and crouched behind a table. His head slowly peaked up and saw it looking else where in search of a target, now was the time to strike. Percy quickly got to his feet and threw the sharp knife at the mosp, hoping to take it out of action and make it one less thing for everyone to worry about.

Secret Blossom Ball
Logan flinched as the large bug launched itself at the girl, managing to catch her ear with its stinger. When she heard the girl mutter that they needed to run, she agreed. Honestly she wasn't sure why she was still here, but she needed to at least find some way to help.Interacting With: @Elsian Cox @Katrina Walker @River Dewlight @Alexis Asterion Mosp #10
Mention: Mosp #6
"You are hurt, no one is getting left behind." Logan simply stated as she stood a little ways behind Elsian, one hand holding her wand, the other ready to grab hold of someone to pull them away if needed. The little Hufflepuff had never been brave but she did know that she could at least pretend if she needed to.
One of the other girls had mentioned something about getting the brooms from the entrance and even though Logan was afraid of flying, she was willing to push her fears behind her if it meant that they would be able to get to safety and get help.
Taking even breaths, Logan started to evaluate all of the possibilities of being able to escape. The mosp by the entrance was a purple one, so it wouldn't be hard for someone to get passed it without causing it to attack anyone. Then again, what would it do if a whole group of students was going to take off for the entrance at the same time.
"Will that mosp let all of us by though? If there are multiple of us trying to get passed at once it may feel threatened and attack us." Logan said as she looked at the other girls and Elsian. Having worked with animals for most of her life, she understood when some of them would become threatened by feeling trapped or out numbered. The young Hufflepuff really didn't want anyone to get hurt, but whenever one of the other girls threw flowers at the mosp, she knew that it was just going to get worse from here.
Logan's free hand gently gripped onto the back of Elsian's shirt, her eyes slightly wide as she looked at the mosp, afraid of what was going to happen now that it had something thrown at it. Having multiple spells thrown at it and flowers thrown at it was bound to make it angrier. At this point assumed that the girl who had started casting the spells had no idea what she was doing.
Action: Voicing her fears/ideas, thinking that Katrina is crazy.
