After this Duel
Losing duels get easy when you have gone through them enough times. When you were never from a high position, the fall down barely hurts. This was not Hanako's first radio in the hospital wing. Although he has a genuine despise for the process of being treated, he had grown somewhat numb to it over the years - even if he was reluctant. Most of the time, he only really came to the wing to see a fallen teammate. Which he had done a few times before. Even if he himself would've hated to wake up to see someone familiar, it seemed most people didn't think the same.
This time around, he was put in a funny position. Duelling was a rather... lonely sport - just the way he liked it. Barely any other teammates, and it falls primarily on your own casting abilities. Last match it was.... different. Time and time again Hanako had stepped in front of Jack, knowing he was getting an earful from him just like he had in the middle of the duel. So he did what he was best at: pretending he didn't do any wrong.
Marker in hand, he just finished drawing the whiskers and one cat ear on Jacks face while they were resting. He sits on a chair near Jack's bed, wondering if he can finish his vision before jack wakes up
