This was pretty much one of the first times Pax could remember having to ever do a penalty lap, and honestly, it kinda sucked. It was really boring, just watching the action happen whilst they had to fly in a circle. At least they scored another 50 points though, that was a nice sight to see. But they were excited to get back involved in the game once this penalty lap was done.

At the start of the game, everything seemed to be perfect, and Chaewon expected to win. However, now the Slytherin team was losing, and the girl knew what to do. She needed to help her team, and why wouldn’t she want to win her first match? It would be awesome. But quidditch wasn't as easy as it looked when she signed up for this sport.

Next round and Laasya continued to cheer on Rosaline again. She really hoped that her voice did not become hoarse by the time the game ended. And they were doing pretty well. 50 points were gained and now they were 30 points ahead. Her teammate had managed to dodge a rouge bludger. Thankfully not a single one of her teammates had hurt themselves. And their seeker had spotted the snitch! It looked like it was going to be a good game. They had a really high chance of winning.

What a game! By this point, Cecilia had cycled through most of the stages of grief and begun dreading the conversations that would follow after this match. Owing a certain someone infinite pudding seemed like the least terrible of the lot. Knowing that training would only become more intense from this point on, she sighed and rested her chin on her hand.

Gryffindor’s efforts were paying off. Frederick watched his teammates push the score even higher, and for the first time in the match, the Lions had taken the lead. The boy celebrated once again, briefly taking both hands off his broom to applaud the plays unfolding before him. With most of the action now concentrated near Slytherin’s hoops, Fred felt himself relax a little.

He could hear his name, along with those of his teammates, being chanted by the supporters, the sea of red and gold in the stands filling the edges of his vision. His heart pounded hard, but now it was from excitement rather than nerves, as the prospect of victory began to take shape on the horizon. Still, Buckley kept his eyes locked on the two remaining Slytherin players who, to their credit, were still fighting to turn the game around. Admiration aside, he wasn’t about to underestimate them. Not now, when the match was finally swinging in Gryffindor’s favor.

Elation flooded the boisterous Haitian’s being—finally being able to contribute more to the game than being a lonely hawk, circling the sky in wait of his next meal. It was a Quaffle game now, thus the Carribean-bred wizard was hands-on.

While Alphonse didn’t score the last few points, it filled him the same joy to see new points get chalked up onto the board.

It was invigorating to finally be getting back at Slytherin for what they had done the year before at Avery’s first ever match. She shivered with anticipation. She knew anything could change in a moment. Especially if the sixth year from Slytherin joined the game, but for the moment she let her cheers ring loudly for Frederick. They could do this.
