@Denise Yarbrough4/14/262 days in a row. Honestly, that was a record. Not that it was a super long streak or anything, but getting lost and making her way to the Library on two different days, 1 right after the other, was pretty crazy. She was originally trying to get to the Small Hall to do a bit of exploring, but alas, it didn't seem like she was going to be able to do that today.
She decided, nonetheless, to walk into the Library and return the book she'd gotten yesterday, when she'd been lost then too. She walked up, returned the book, then went to the shelves to look for a new one. Or perhaps two, since she was a rather quick reader.
"Oh, I'm so sorry!" she said, as she collided with another girl. Rosie fell backwards, onto the ground. She was luckily not too injured, just having hit the bruises from the previous day again, but a lot better than she could have been.
"Sorry again, I really am so clumsy sometimes. Oh, who am I kidding, all the time!" she said, laughing a bit before pushing herself back up and standing.
"I'm Rosie, by the way! Rosie Willows! Who might you be?" she asked the girl, hoping that she didn't already hate Rosalyn for the collision.
She dusted off her robes from the fall, then tucked her hair behind her ear so it didn't get in her face. She really hated when that happened.

Lost EVEN MORE?!?!?
At this point of the year, in April, lost first-years are rather rare. Indeed, Denise became excellent at navigating most places in Hogwarts, even sneaking out to Hogsmeade for chocolate frogs, mostly for birthday parties she attends, due to its affordable nature, she isn't exactly the most wealthy.
It was the usual, in the library, where she often hangs out to study. She was nervous about end-of-year exams and passing in general, well, she was a good student with straight O's regardless. Despite the incident being years ago, she still felt nervous and scared, sensing something might be approaching. Her first year has been amazing, with amazing roomates, classmates, adn even friends, maybe? But, she still has a sense of unease, which she wasn't able to pinpoint.
Denise never really borrowed a book from the library; perhaps she should do just that? To calm down her nervous... maybe...
Crash!
Denise collided with a blonde girl, who looked like a Slytherin first-year. Unlike most Slytherins she met, who were confident and cocky, she was rather nervous and fidgety, apologizing profusely.
She felt rather bad for the girl, comforting, "No worries! I'm clumsy often, too!"
Which was true, Denise was rather clumsy at times, but the other girl's clumsiness might have outdone her own. But that's not something one should comment on.
"I'm Denise, Denise Yarbrough," the young Hufflepuff introduced, "And again, it's no worries! I'm clumsy all the time, too! Are you looking for a book?"

As Rosalyn heard the girl that she had bumped into say that she was also clumsy, Rosie felt just a bit less horrible about the collision. Being clumsy her entire life, Rosie had quite a bit of experience, and knew that you eventually got used to it. Hopefully, it meant that this girl was used to it as well, and that she wasn't at all hurt.
"I'm still so sorry! I promise I was looking where I was going, this just somehow always seems to happen!" she said, still feeling bad.
The other girl introduced herself, before reassuring Rosie that it was fine.
"Very nice to meet you, Denise! My name is Rosalyn, but I just go by Rosie. And yeah, I am! Though I don't know which one exactly I want to get..." she said, debating all of the genres she could choose from. Fantasy-no, not in the mood. Romance-eh, she could do better. Dystopian-perhaps, but she'd just read one recently.
Well, I guess I'll just have to get a flower book, she thought to herself, knowing that she could never get bored of one of those. Not with her passion for all things nature and gardening! Except pollen...never pollen...
