"Dancing isn't much my thing either," she admitted. "I mean, I can dance, dance...like at dances. I know some of the older dances of France and England but I can't do the ballet and all that," she shook her head. "It's beautiful too, don't get me wrong. Sometimes we'd go to The Royal Ballet at Christmastime but I mean, to see all these girls around here flipping all around and thinking they're a professional....that's a bit different."
She didn't mean to talk badly and be mean, but with that club it was getting to be too much. Girls were turning in full circles around the corridors during class change and nearly taking people out! Or they thought they were some graceful swan and just no.
"But maybe we could meet up later on the grounds, work on our wrist movements with the wands. I'm rather fascinated by the wands," and she was trying to learn what she could from them. How were they made and exactly what made them perform magic? It was an interesting subject to her.
Meeting up also had the upside of possibly getting to know Rose Moon better. She didn't like her at first but already she had changed her opinion. Plus, Alina didn't have any friends from Gryffindor.

Rose laughed a little at Alina's comment. "Yeah, it is getting a little bit out of control, isn't it? I like going to the ballet as well. The things they do seem so effortless when they do it, but it takes years and years to master some of those things. It's just mesmerizing." she replied, a little bit lost in thought about the subject, thinking about her sister as she said it. When Alina made the comment about maybe meeting up and practicing wrist movements or something, Rose smiled. Alina actually wanted to be her friend. If she didn't, she wouldn't have invited her to do something else with her.
"Of course," Rose replied happily, "I would love that."
Rose was very satisfied about how this partnership had worked out.
The only Hufflepuff she had met before Alina was her older sister, and she realized that, even in the exact same house, there could be very different people. There were people like Faith Moon, who was very extroverted, had a lot of friends, was very popular, and then there were people like Alina Rosier, who were lost in their thoughts, didn't have a whole lot of friends, and was not so popular. How peculiar that they were both in the same house. The same could go for Gryffindor. House stereotypes were not true, almost none of them.
