Dance Partners
((OOC note: this is for any and every house member. it doesn't have to be just us. you can partner up with someone else as well))
Kendra had been placed into the ballroom, where she will be taught to dance in a ballroom. Kendra wasn't particularly good at dancing. and really wasn't comfortable doing this. Kendra looked around the room, hoping to find a place to hide so she could avoid having to do this. Kendra spotted a room that had a door slightly ajar, she quickly slipped in and caught her breath. sighing in relief about not having to dance. Usually Kendra would be bright and cheerful about everything. but she just wasn't confident in dancing at all. Her skills lied in herbology. not dressing up in fancy dresses and dancing. and the heels drove her crazy. "Argh! i hate dance class! i don't know how to dance!" She quietly grumbled to herself. sitting down on the floor in dismay. She fiddled with her dress, hoping this stupid dancing thing is over. then eventually Kendra got bored and wanted to explore the room she was hiding in. Kendra stood up and walked around, quickly finding out that the room she was in was an old practice room. much smaller, for more of the ballet type dancing. Kendra decided that maybe she should just practice dancing by herself. she danced in the old practice room. closing her eyes and dancing like no one was watching...literally.

Dance Partners
Destrian was sitting in the corner of the practice room, studying and making notes. He had found the place a few days ago and found it comfortable, for he was often alone. There were some dusty mirrors along the wall and peace and quiet throughout the entire room, until a girl entered. She was grumbling something at herself, looking out of place in her dress. He looked up at her, sitting in the corner still, sighing softly at the disturbance of peace. She was standing there for a moment, then started looking around her to explore the room a bit. But seemingly, she hadn't spotted him yet. Then, out of nowhere, she started dancing, which seemed quite random for someone who wasn't sure what was going on in her head. So he watched her for a moment.
"Ease into it and have fun.." he mumbled loud enough for her to hear him, "You dance as if you're made of wood." He didn't mean to startle her, but it must have been quite startling to hear a voice out of nowhere, coming from the room.

Dance Partners
Kendra had just been dancing, when a male voice had reached her ears "Ah!" she tripped and fell. oh my god a boy? She panicked. "oh god im so sorry" Kendra tried to run, but just ran into a wall..Smart move girl.. She placed a hand on her head, a little dizzy. "I-I didn't mean to." Kendra kept running, but couldn't find the exit. "W-Where did the door go?" She paced around the room. great. now Kendra was stuck in a room. with a boy.. What would her mother say? "I forgot that this room was open to everyone? how could i be so idiotic. what would your mother think Kendra? Ugh how do i get out?!"
As you can tell..Kendra isn't good talking with people..Then she tripped on her own feet, ripping the poor dress and hurting her feet. Kendra groaned, giving up and staying on the floor defeated. "I hate dance class.." she mumbled under her breath.

Dance Partners
Liv had no idea why she was placed in a ballroom class, but she enjoyed observing the curious first years as they were trying to look around for dance partners. She stayed off the side because she was pretty sure no one would pick her, so she just sat in a corner and read one of her favorite muggle books, which was called The Book Thief. She’d look up every so often to look at the people dancing or sitting in a corner awkwardly like she was.

Dance Partners
Juliana stares at the people dancing. She stares in confusion, she goes to a corner of the room and starts thinking about pranks. A boy-ghost besides her says "Hello!" Juliana jumps startled, her glasses fall of and she accidentally kicks it towards the dancing partners. "Um.. Hello ghost" Juliana says. "Wanna hear a joke? Why do ghosts ride elevators? Because it raises their spirits! HA-HA!" Juliana says, she just tried to find the cheesiest joke, and she found it. She walks into the crowns looking for a partner and her glasses. She can't find her glasses, then she tries a spell: "Accio glasses!" But that did not work out. Instead she finds a pair of pink glasses in her hands, and sees a girl trip over her dance partner. Juliana drops the glasses and runs towards a boy holding her glasses. Half-blind she trips over someone robe and falls. Juliana gets up and runs out of the crowd. She tries again "accio glasses!" She exclaimed. Her glasses appeared on her face once again. JulianA picks up her bag and starts to walk out toward the exit, but then a boy grabs her shoulder and asks "Do you want to be partners?"
