Hiya! I know I said I wouldn't send you letters, but I figured that I might as well.
Things around here are going okay. Mum's freaking out about Xavier's friend issues but he's totally fine. Dad's just got a bit of a promotion too, so yay. As for me, I'm doing moderately good, but it's not the same without you.
Anyway, how've you been? What's the school like, met anyone cool? Blah, blah, blah, normal questions really. But anyway, just send me some mail back answering my questions because I'm actually kinda interested.

Hi! It's great to hear from you, as always. I'm surprised you did decide to write me a letter, but nevermind that. I already heard about Xavier from Mum's letter, and she obviously just doesn't understand that he has these things sometimes. But it's great to hear that Dad got a promotion. Actually, I didn't know he had a job. What does he do?
Hogwarts is actually a lot of fun. While most of us know barely any magic, it's enjoyable to learn new spells (and funny when some of them backfire)! I've talked to a few people, but I'm not really friends with any of them yet. Speak to you soon, though!
