Dinner with a Friend
After minutes of walking, Ella and Xiao finally reached the Great hall. The four long tables were filled with students and each student had a golden plate in front of them. Ella went to go find the Ravenclaw table, which was right next to the Slytherin table. She walked down the Great Hall aisle, trying to find empty spots for her and Xiao.
"Here!" Ella called over Xiao and pointed to the empty seats. The two took their seats and looked around. "You were right Xiao! We weren't gonna be late! Thank goodness we aren't! I'm starving. Are you? Ella looked as Xiao and asked her.
Ella looked around the Ravenclaw table. She could see the students chattering away and laughing with their friends. She turned around to look at the table where the professors sat. Every professor was seated except for the Headmaster, Headmaster Lear. They must've been waiting for him.
Minutes later, Ella saw headmaster Lear enter the Great Hall. Everyone quieted down as he took his seat. Finally, dinner was here. Roast pork, roast beef, pots of soup, baskets full of bread, peas and potatoes and other stuff appeared out of thin air on the table.
"Boy! I sure am hungry!" Ella said as she took some of the roast beef and scooped up some potatoes that was in front of her. "Hey can you pass the peas?" Ella asked the boy, who had the bowl of peas in his hands. "Sure" the boy carefully gave Ella the bowl of peas.
She took a spoonful and carefully placed it on her plate. She looked over to Xiao and asked "Would you like some peas?"

"Here!" Ella called over Xiao and pointed to the empty seats.
"Good job at finding us seats~!" Xiao calls as she rushes to Ella.
"You were right Xiao! We weren't gonna be late! Thank goodness we aren't! I'm starving. Are you?" Ella looked as Xiao and asked her.
"Definitely.." Xiao grins.
Xiao smiles and starts to fill her plate when the headmaster . Corn, carrots, bread, sticky rice, all sorts of things.
"Boy! I sure am hungry!" Ella said as she took some of the roast beef and scooped up some potatoes that was in front of her.
"Would you like some peas?"
"Nah, I'm good!" Xiao showed a full plate, covered in different kinds of food.
"I CANNOT wait to get some boba later." Xiao says, "Can you? I bet you're gonna try to start with some kinda crazy flavor like 'Rainbow Run' which is simply made by putting strawberry, blueberry, green apple, and peach next to eachother frozen then let it melt! It tastes A-MAZ-IN-GUH." Xiao exaggerates. Xiao starts shoving food down her mouth, some whole loaves of bread fit into that small mouth.
"Mmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmm~" Xiao lets out an expression of fullness,"I'm full.." Xiao says, somehow looking even skinnier and lanky then before. Still her 3"9 size, she sips her Pumpkin Juice, and smiles tiredly.

"Nah, I'm good!" Xiao said, already digging in on the food as Ella placed the bowl of peas on the table.
Ella took her knife and cut the beef into little bite-sized pieces and picked it up with a fork to eat it. She took her goblet filled with sweet juice and gulped it down.
"I CANNOT wait to get some boba later." Xiao said, with her mouth full of food. "Me too! I haven't really tried it, and I'm looking forward to!" Ella said as she washed down the food with some of the juice in her goblet. "Can you? I bet you're gonna try to start with some kinda crazy flavor like 'Rainbow Run' which is simply made by putting strawberry, blueberry, green apple, and peach next to each other frozen then let it melt! It tastes A-MAZ-IN-GUH." Xiao continued. "And it sounds amazing" Ella laughed.
After some minutes, everyone was almost finished. Ella and Xiao's plate were empty by then, everyone else was finishing up and waiting for dessert. "Mmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmm~" Xiao lets out an expression of fullness "I'm full"
"Yeah me too, hey, why don't we get boba for dessert?" Ella, who was really looking forward to trying it, asked Xiao. "Do you think we're allowed to sneak in the kitchens?
