! Snowball Fight ! Rules + Q&A

Starting 25th March, a snowball fight will take place. The event will continue to run until April.

How it works: I will post the first message to open the event next weekend and then you can post an RP message to join the event. Please remember that all posts must be 200 words. You can pick ONE action each round. 

You can choose to:

• throw a snowball at someone (specify who) - if you do this, choose 4 numbers from 1 to 6.
• evade snowballs - if you do this, choose 4 numbers from 1 to 6.
• evade a snowball and hit back - if you do this, choose 2 numbers from 1 to 6.

The success or failure of these actions will be decided by a dice roll.  There is a four in six chance of successfully throwing a snowball at someone or evading incoming snowballs. There is a two in a six chance of both evading and hitting them back.

At the end of every round, Darren Hurst or I (Serena Towers) will post a message to tell you the success or failures of the results in that round.

For ease, please add the line:
       "ACTION: ______________________(Chosen Numbers)"
       at the end of your RP post, specifying which action you've chosen so we can moderate it easily.

       For example:
      ACTION: Throw Snowball at Serena Towers (1,3,4,5)

What you get: By taking part in the event, you will be able to win house points and items. The more people you successfully hit and the more snowballs you dodge, the higher score you'll get. The top participants will win bonuses! Darren and I will be keeping track of scores.

Rules:

1. Posts are RPG posts and they must be at least 200 words. If it's less than that, it won't count and may be deleted.
2. You can interact with other players and describe the actions that they take. We will tell you if the action was successful or not.
3. You can only post 1 time each round. Once Darren or I have posted, you can post again about the result you got and the next action.
4. At the end of your posts, you need to write: "ACTION: _____________ (Chosen Numbers)". You can pick ONE action per post. Please remember to include 4 numbers if you choose to "throw" or "evade" and only 2 numbers if you choose to do both "evade + hit back".
