She walked into a compartment hoping it would be empty, but there was already a girl sitting there. Not wanting to make the girl feel bad, she walked in and sat down. "Hello!" she said, nervously.
"My name is Rosy" she continued. "Rosy Parker. I'm Muggle born, so I don't really know much about Hogwarts. After all, how much can you find out from Hogwarts: A History" she added, knowing she sounded lame.
It was only then she realized that the train was beginning to depart. She looked out the window, trying to spot her parents and hastily waved them goodbye before turning back towards the girl.
The girl had also just finished waving to her own parents and was now smiling at Rosy. Rosy looked at her and smiled back before rummaging in her backpack for the sandwiches her mother had packed.
"Want some?" she asked the girl. "By the way, I didn't ask what is your name?"
The Train Journey
Lana was just sitting in her compartment, quietly thinking about Hogwarts. She had found out so much from her parents. Yet, she couldn't wait to witness it all herself!
Suddenly, a very beautiful tall girl came and sat in her compartment. Lana tried not to look away, otherwise she would seem impertinent.
The girl smiled at Lana and Lana smiled back. "Hello!" the girl said suddenly, and Lana was taken aback.
"My name is Rosy" the girl continued. "Rosy Parker. I'm Muggle born, so I don't really know much about Hogwarts. After all, how much can you find out from Hogwarts: A History."
"Lucky for you, I'm pureblood, but we don't have any mania's against Muggleborns of course," she added. "I've never seen Hogwarts either, just heard of it!"
Suddenly, the train began to slowly move. Lana looked out the window and waved goodbye to her parents before turning back to Rosy who had just began eating a sandwich.
"Want some?" Rosy asked as Lana politely shook her head. "By the way, I didn't ask what is your name?" Rosy asked.
"My name is Lana Scobell. My mother was Indian and my father was Korean. Yet, we moved to London for magical education" she said.
"I actually have a very long name" Lana continued, as the train began gathering speed. "Elanora Dipika Juniper Scobell, but everyone calls me Lana, sometimes Ella!"
