Ready, set, fly!
Broom racing really wasn’t Chaewon’s favorite sport. First, broom racing was boring. But it looked like she was the only one who thought like that. At the start of this game she was ready to win, but now Chaewon wanted this game to end as fast as possible. That meant that someone needed to cross the finish line. So why not Chaewon? Even if she would never try this sport again, the girl could still show that she is strong. Quidditch was more intense than broom racing, and it would be really cool to watch a dueling match. Maybe someone loved broom racing but not Chaewon. This sport, its rules, and even the name were just not for her. Was that bad? Chaewon couldn’t understand why she was feeling like that. She signed up for this unofficial game to have some fun, and now she just wants to quit. Chaewon couldn’t imagine her quitting something.
She was ready to fly as fast as possible to cross the finish line first, but then she… crashed into the tree. She didn’t think of the challenges she might face when she was racing, and the lesson was to never trust anyone. Expect yourself. Everyone should only trust themselves, and then the world would be better.
