Hello everyone!!
Thank you once again for joining!! I’m so happy to see a lot of interest in the club!!

As Veda said we were discussing the first issue of the magazine being posted in June maybe within the first week or two if that works for everyone.

With that being said you guys can start on organizing your respective sections. Once you have everything ready you can go ahead and send everything in an owl to BOTH Veda and I. We will coordinate that then with the coding team and the editors will also be able to make the banners and other aesthetics as well.

I think maybe we can try to get everything in by the end of the month or first week of June ( if you can’t do these dates let us know ) So then the editors and coders can do their thing as well and then Veda and I will be getting the magazine posted each month.

If you have any questions again feel free to reach out to me or Veda thru owl or discord.

Also for the coders and editors, please reach out when you are starting as I will be helping quite a bit with layout design.

PS: Editors, please note that you will be in charge of making graphics, not only editing the words that the reporters gather. If this is an issue because it was unclear, please owl / dm me or Leo ASAP to work something else out! This also goes for people wanting to switch to an editor role now because of graphic designs.

Reporters who cover Interviews, Contests, Events, and possibly news, it might be beneficial to start gathering data/start events now to the report can be ready to go out by the first/second week. This is optional, but it will make you feel less stressed I believe!

Quick question, is there any word count for the articles? Or when do I know my article came too short or too long?

Yeah what Mikaela asked. For the contest, I was thinking about free banners for the prize or something? For the contest.

I would say that you use as many words as you need to get the information across! this club is simply for fun, so we don't want to add a word count because that can create pressure. yeah, don't make it like 4 sentences, but people don't want to read a 2 page long essay either. Do what you need to get the point to them!

That seems awesome! If you owl me I can communicate with my own club, "art donors society", and see if people would be willing to help out! we will also probably doing an event segment on it in the event section, as the first week of june we will open the floor to people getting art.

But exactly what kind of graphics are we talking?

simple banners and headings/text starters, as well as possible side codes. not super complex!
