Dusts and Worn Books
"It has to be here somewhere..."
A mutter came from a girl searching for one particular book in the Charms and Hexes aisle. Her light-blue eyes scanned the books, her hand reaching out occasionally to grab a book just to put it back in with a murmured 'No' after checking the cover or the first page.
It was after breakfast. There were quite a number of people in the library, first-years exploring and older years shushing people and groups pretending to study when they were really just gossiping and people hiding in the back. Not that Elara cared.
Elara found one book that caught her eye. Perhaps it was the book she was looking for? Whats the worst that could happen if she took the book out of its place? She took, pulled, the book out with a struggle. Dust particles came flying along with the book but it wasn't the only thing that followed the books path. Some other books came flying down as well, dropping to the floor with a hard thud and opening up.
"Fantastic job, Elara." She muttered to herself, stuffing the book in her hand under her shoulder and dropping to her knees to clean, organise, the pile of books.
