╚════════════☩══✦══☩═════════════╝[/font]Dear Wren,
Well, how to start this?
Okay, so, I remember being the new first year, sitting at the Gryffindor Table all alone with no one to talk to. It was pretty rough, I’m not going to sugarcoat it – as easy as it is, to say that one doesn’t require the presence of friends, the truth of the matter is, school really sucks when you’re alone, especially when regarding a whole new country and all that their rules and language entails. If it weren’t for you, I’m not so sure I’d have survived Hogwarts, to be completely honest. I can’t be sure of what compelled you to sit by me, nor can I be positive of your intentions when you handed me that piece of poisonous sushi. But I just want to know that such an act meant a lot to me, as I really hope is evident in the progression of out relationship.
After all, we’ve certainly grown closer, yeah? I mean, the things we’ve been through never ceases to amaze me. You still haven’t told me why you’re so afraid of snakes, nor have I told you why I don’t sing around people. However, I think I’d be comfortable now, coming to you with my insecurities. As hard a concept as it is to grasp, you remind me a lot of my late sister – you’re certainly my best friend, in the least. I hope you know that you can come to me with anything. Wanna give someone a bloody nose? I’m your man.
Sincerely Yours,WC: 257

Letter to: @Rafael D'Spacito╚═══════════════✣══✶══✣══════════════╝
Sitting in the library, she received a not. From none other than Rafael D’Spactio. She carefully opened the letter and started to read. By the end of it she was tearing up at how, for one, Rafa had chosen to portray his words. He said she was ‘certainly his best friend’, and how he’d ‘be comfortable now, coming to her with his insecurities’. She honestly had never had a true best friend. At all the prep schools she had been to, she had gotten the occasional ‘best friend’ and once they had actually gotten to know her, they immediately left her for someone better. To be honest, Wren was a bit wary with Rafa, she was afraid that he’d follow in the footsteps of her previous friendships. She didn’t think he was the type to do that, and she considered him like a brother. Everyone gets hurts sometimes and she knew that, and she really, really hoped Rafa wouldn’t. Deciding to reply, she automatically picked up a piece of parchment and wrote a reply to him.
“Dear Rafael, she started,
“I have to be honest with you. Your letter came as a bit of surprise to me. Don’t get me wrong it makes me so happy that you feel like that, and I would completely come to you with any of my insecurities, or if I needed someone punched. I” she took a deep breath and continued. I have had a harder young childhood, than most. Bullied, uprooted, gone without friends 90% of the time. In all the prep schools I went to, people would either pretend to be my best friend for a dare or become my quote “best friend” then leave me the first chance they could because I was either the weird kid or the new kid. I don't know if you know, but new kids are steered clear of. They are the ones no one really likes or wants to have any kind of relationship with. I truly think you are different, and I do not think you would ever hurt me on purpose, but if I seem, even the slightest bit wary to tell you my deepest darkest secrets, or why I am so afraid of snakes, just know it is the way I am. I will eventually be comfortable to be your absolute best friend in the world. I am so grateful every day that I was a wizard and got to come to this school. I have finally found a community that I fit in most of the time. I am not made fun of, except of course the occasional run-in with Evelynn, and I am lifted up in my darkest moments by the kindest of people. On a much happier note, my mother is pregnant! I am to be a big sister next November! Currently, I think of you as a brother, and I know I am being very confusing right now, but you will always be the brother I love the most. I will just have to expand my heart to make room for this new family addition. Anyways, enjoy your day! You deserve it!
Your friend and older by ten days sis,
Wren Caster.
She looked over it once more and when she was satisfied with how it was written, and how her words were portrayed, a small smile started on her lips.
