I hardly know where to begin. You are so much more than a friend to me, you're practically a sister. I know for a fact that I likely would have gone mad while I was away from school. Receiving letters from you was always the best part of any day - whether it was in New York after we saw that fabulously weird play or an amazing day in Paris. On the enjoyable days, your letters also made the day even better, and when things were emotional with my aunt, a letter from you would always bring my spirits up. Anyway, before I get all silly and emotional and all that nonsense, I love you and you're my best friend.
Now, I know that actually speaking and seeing each other in person is far better than letters, so I'm sure you're wondering why on Earth I'm writing you when I could speak to you like a normal human. The reason is chocolate. I was promised chocolate if I wrote love notes to my friends. So, in conclusion, thank you for being my most trusted and best friend so that I can send you scraps of paper to get chocolate!
