I wouldn't entirely agree with this, because people have jobs, school, and lives out of this site, so it might take them a while, so I'd say give it a month or less or check if she has a reply speed in her ooc info

I do see your point and I do understand where in some situations where this could apply. However, Rosa did mention that the RP partner hasn't signed up in the room thread or reached out in months. If it has been months, I don't see how it would be disrespectful to OWL them. Yes, they have lives outside but it is also important to communicate as well. Sometimes, when I'm more busy, I don't mind adding extra people depending on the context of the RP.
