Now that she had hidden the riddle in the dormitories, she rushed towards the Rehearsal Room. Now that the dorms were done and Ezra was handling the other locations, her next task was to get the Rehearsal Room covered. She opened the heavy oak door, entering the room, and it instantly made her feel like she was being watched. When suddenly the voice of a curtain draping made her turn around. There were portraits of people she did not quite recognise, now draped with curtains on them. This was her first time being in the Rehearsal Room. She wasn't sure why it had portraits to begin with. But she let the thought stray, as she focused back on the task at hand. She somehow convinced Arin to let his violin be used. The boy had an enchanted violin that played on its own. The girl hoped no one would use the rehearsal rooms until Marcella figures out the riddle and comes up here. She put the violin down, flexing her arm, "Why is it so heavy! Oof!" The girl might flex her non-existent muscle, but she is still weak. As soon as she put down the violin, the bow started moving on its own, which made Ava jump a little. The girl, surrounded by magic, is still amazed by what magic can do. She wondered why her mother wanted to live like a Muggle when magic could do everything. She quickly tied another parchment to the moving bow with some struggle. When she heard a purr from behind, "Where did you go?" She asked Nimbus, still struggling to tie the parchment. Nimbus put down a small sheet of doodle, which she spent the whole potions class making, near where she was crouched down. The girl made Marcella into one of her Muggle Games characters using the pixel art. "Oh my god, when did it fall out? Thank you so much, Nimby!" She said, picking up both the drawing and Nimbus, kissing him on his head as she put the doodle underneath the violin. "Alright, everything's done now!" The girl stood up, excited, "Oh god! I'm so excited to see Marcella's face!" The girl took her exit. The sound of a classical piece flowed all around the room, a song playing on a violin that Ava did not recognise. She moved on, hoping Marcella would love all this. |
