The Gryffindor Table 2017-2018
Norman plopped down next to the ghost. His parent's had told him about them, and he was intrigued by them. He began chatting with the ghost, Nick, his name was. Norman's eyes grew wide as the ghost told him about his beheading, which he found fascinating. After Nick's story, he regaled the spirit with his tales of explorations throughout central London. From the time he almost got jailed for scaling Big Ben, to the time his dog was found driving a taxicab. The ghost became more and more surprised that the little boy had so many tales.
"My," The Ghost said, "Most just come with a one rather boring tale. One Ronald Weasley even asked me how one can be 'Nearly Headless.' What a rude thing to ask, that boy probably got nowhere in life."
Norman decided not to tell him how well known Mr. Weasley was.
The ghost finally had to introduce himself to others, and Norman was craving some reading time. He always carried around a book with him, so he pulled it out. Today it was Romeo and Juliet. His mum was from Ravenclaw, and passed her love of reading to her son. He may be a Gryffindor at heart, but he was a Ravenclaw in mind.

-(Muttered)- Am I even in the right place? What a pain...They expect me to stay in this place? This looks way too fancy for me...
Siege would sit on one of the seats in the middle, clearly an odd one out. He had a bored and aggressive stare, as well as messy everything, from his clothes to his hair. He had worked hands, and overall from a first impression, did not look like anything much, but a trouble-maker.
He began to look around the great hall, quite large, a structure that he certainly hasn't seen a rival of. Around him student dressed in crimson were seated, they all looked quite innocent and hopeful, rather than Siege's bored and uninterested stare.
Siege began paying attention to the conversations, albeit not changing expressions whatsoever. Right when the prank had happened, his hand darted behind him, as if to pull out something, only to realize it wasn't there. He wished he had his bat instead of the wand right then, at the moment he knew nothing of magic spells, and he can't even control flames yet.
-(Muttered)- My, my, my...This is going to be rough without my bat...
He then payed attention to the ones speaking among the noticeable ones, there were two flirts, two brown haired girls, two curly haired ginger girls, one red-haired boy as well as an awkward-looking black haired boy.
-(Muttered)- Hopefully, these guys aren't too wishy-washy...There might be a problem if they were...

For every action, there is an equal and opposite reaction.

The Gryffindor Table 2017-2018
As Adriel continued her story, a few more students sat down at the table. She searched them for anything interesting or worth noting with her peripheral vision while continuing her story of pirates and monsters.
"Though he was undoubtedly one of the bravest men on Earth, Camu knew that even he couldn't face this beast alone. No, he'd need an ally that was nearly as brave and cunning as himself," said valiantly, her eyes sweeping over the audience light a lighthouse's lamp over a churning sea. Her eyes caught sight of a burly boy with his eyes glued to a page of a book. A boy with a need for a good story would be the perfect ally, she thought. She adjusted her balance on the bench and leaned over the table, brandishing her butterknife at the boy.
"You there!" she commanded in a dramatic voice, staring the boy down. "Captain Camu, great hero of the Seven Seas, requests your alliance in a battle no mortal man has ever survived. Are you brave enough to join us, landlubber? Or will ye stay here with your nose in yer book?"
She kept her knife pointed at the boy and awaited his response, her small audience awaiting his acceptance or refusal jealously.

We were born with the capacity and the determination to be utterly happy all the time. Perhaps even in this we were freaks.

Sofia quiely listened to everybody, observing them, everyone was so energic and straight forward, something Sofia doesn't see often.
She was listneing and watcing as Adriel was reading up her story, it was very interesting and it really had her caught up in it
She rested her face on her palm as she watched Adriel in awe
"Wow..." she said to herself, hoping nobody would hear it.
Her face lit up and she took out her notebook once again and began drawing.
She was trying to draw what Adriel was explaining.
The story really made Sofias imagination go wild, she had so many ideas to what the surrounding what look like, what the characters looked like and what the atmosphere was like.
Sofia loved doing these kind of things so after someone would do this, she would be amazed, even speechless at points.
She was so lost in the story that she didn't realize she was staring... And maybe for too long.
She quickly shook her head and took a deep breath.
The young wizard put her notebook away once again and started to look around her.
Everybody were friends with eachother, they were so friendly to eachother aswell, they were making jokes and laughing, some of them even began hugging from time to time.
'I wish i was brave enough to talk to anybody' Sofia thought to herself.

The Gryffindor Table 2017-2018
When Owen had first gotten into the hall and gone through the sorting ceremony, he had been enthralled by the candles, the ceiling and the ghosts that floated around talking to the students, but as soon as the feast had been spread in front of the students he had spent much of his evening at the table stuffing his face with as many different foods as he could find. Somewhere back in his mind he had a nagging doubt about whether or not this was the best house for him, but after meeting all of those around him he had already begun to feel a sense of community. Finally pushing his plate away he wondered whether or not there was gong to be this much food for every meal. Glancing around at all his fellow Gryffindors. A girl wildly telling a story caught his eye, and he sat there, content just to listen to the tale she was telling.

Cameron sat at the Gryffindor table and ate his meal as he casually engaged in talks with his fellow classmates. He watched as the Professors at the front of the hall engaged in conversation as the house ghosts roamed about. The ceiling changed to fit with the mood as a shooting star spotted going across the ceiling.

Cory sat at the table, head facing downwards as she was unable to maintain eye contact. She sat rigidly, chewing her meal slowly with a small pout on her face. A sigh escaped her lips as she mused over the topic of becoming part of Gryffindor. Would they like her? She rest her face on her knuckles, picking at the food on her plate while squirming awkwardly in her chair.

Sophia jabbed a piece of meat with her fork and looked up from her plate at a girl opposite her. "Are you glad you were sorted into the Gryffindor house?" She asked, slowly bringing her fork up to her mouth and biting down on a slice of ham. She didn't usually socialise, wasn't one to, but was one to ask a question willingly. She never liked seeing people sad, as it made her sad and she never liked being sad.

"Hmm?" She looked up, drawling her eyes over the girl who had spoken in empty curiosity. Cory furrowed her brow in question, blinking owlishly before realization hit her.Sophia Montgomery wrote: Sophia jabbed a piece of meat with her fork and looked up from her plate at a girl opposite her. "O-oh, uh yeah! I'm delighted." She grinned sheepishly, stealing a glance in her direction. She couldn't have them dislike her. "Absolutely thrilled..." She continued, quite forlorn.

Sophia gulped down the food and smiled. It was her all-famous, signature smile. "Sophia Monty. Proud to be your acquaintance," she replied, holding her hand out
