Ravenclaws... again... WHY?
@Lauren VanesHaving a few minutes to spare between classes, Sabrina decided to occupy herself with an activity new to her roster but nonetheless excitable: going on a patrol.
It's been a little over two weeks since she's recieved the silver badge now pinned to her robes, right over her heart - a protective shield giving her the strenght to jump infront of danger and aid those in need. Or at least, theoretically speaking. There were not that many problems for her to resolve just yet, the majority of the few she did equivalent to slapping the wrist of a younger student. Although they usually stood eye to eye, due to her unusually small height, the combination of her longer stay at the magical school and the previously mentioned eye-catching badge meant she had little problem usurping authority over them.
She quite enjoyed that, actually. Having people listen when you call them out, feeling the lingering support of the entire Hogwarts staff backing up your every word and action. It was quick to get into the small raven's head. She didn't know it yet - skipping through the mostly empty halls, fingers often lifted to graze over her silly new acessory - but today would mark the day she'd first face a true challange in her new line of duty. Her carefree walk halted as a shrill reached her ears. Alarmed at it's message, Sabrina turned on her heel, jogging to the place it echoed from.
Once she arrived, a strange scene revealed itself to her - a girl clad in green, bleeding and on the ground, standing above her a pair from her own house, older and seemingly indifferent to the younger ones problem.
'Hey, I am Sabrina, Sabrina Lyons, Brie for short, a Ravenclaw Prefect,' she lead with her new way of introduction, gesturing to her badge, 'I heared you scream - what happened? Are you alright?' she would then approach the girl, kneeling next to her, sparing a questioning glance at the other two ravens present. Did they.. push her over the railing? No, that seemed excessive. Waiting for one of them to explain the situation to her, she regarded the blonde girl's injuries. She had a gash on her back and leg each, not too deep for a muggle to require stitching, but enough to spill the red liquid of life, 'that looks nasty, let me take a look at that. Don't worry, I am a member of The Healer Internship Program, I know what I'm doing,' she would wait for the slytherin's approval for inspection before reaching into her satchel, pulling out a small box with muggle band-aids, 'alright if I use 'em?,' she asked again, and if given the permission, used the cat-patterned blue pieces of plastic to cover the girl's injuries, 'they won't do wonders but it's at least something. I'll take you to the hospital wing so we can get that healed, alright?'

Ravenclaws... again... WHY?
@Lauren VanesWith a stray thought spared to the castle's elves, Sabrina waved her wand, casting a quick 'Scourgify' at the reddened stairs, nodding as the now bandaged hurt girl explained her view of the situation.
The raven looked up at where she presumed the other birds to be. From the glance she stole when first entering the scene, she assumed the two to be older than both her and the blonde snake. Now, older certaily didn't mean wiser nor less prone to evil, but it did mean that they had spend at least a few years in the house of inteligence. Considering that, surely they wouldn't do such a thing, only if for the fact that it would be a very dumb way to get caught. Giving them more credit than they deserved, she took a confident breath.
'Oi! Is at least one of you willing to explian themselves or do I need to get up there?' she adressed the two possible offenders. A few weeks ago, she could've taken the younger girl's side without hesitation, straining her vocals when scolding them. But back then she couldn't do more than verbally support the victims and possibly snitch on the perpetrators. Now she had to overdrive her instincts and imploy logic, rely on facts build on unshakable grounds... right? Her eyes slid from where the two were hiding and onto their younger sister. Fact check.
'You sure they.. threw you over the ledge?' she continued in a quiet voice that was meant to comfort but exposed her doubt in the younger student's words, 'You know, I understand that slipping down the stairs or falling from leaning over the edge might seem embarrassing, but it really isn't. It would be more embarrassing to blame someone else for it,' she pushed in whisper, unaware of how she sounded uncannily similar to those condescending, authoritative adults she so despised.
so sorry for the late reply!
