Friends From Places FINISHED

"I'll eat anything ya put before me, bu I really love stew. My Mum has a vegetable garden out back an grows alot of our veggies so stew is a common meal round my place," Blake explained to Cassie, blushing slightly. He was no were near as exciting or interesting as his new-found friends but everyone needed something steady to keep things peaceful. He gave Cassie a sympathetic smile and nodded.

"Personally, I really like Charms, Potions and History of Magic. I dunno bout you Lizzie,"he nodded fondly to the blonde first year across from him, "Bu I started with Charms and that seemed like a good starting point. If ya want Cassie, I'll bring my charms text book down an help ya out if ya need it,"He grinned across at them. Still unsure of how he felt about his classes, Blake had simply decided he would do one subject's worth of homework a day to make sure he did it well. Once he figured out what classes he was good in, he could give more time to subjects he wasn't so great in. Already he knew Transfiguration would need some work even though the idea made him frown deeply.

"Maybe if we're lucky, we'll all be good in different subjects so we can help each other out!"He went on excitedly, hoping against all odds that he would somehow find a way to pass the classes he needed help in without bothering any of the professors directly.

"I wouldn't mind have a Spanish dish." She said while moving the stray piece of hair out of her eyes that had fallen again. She looked at the two students she had become friends with and smiled actually happy with one of her decisions for once.

Lizzie then rolled her eyes and scoffed, "Charms? Really. Wow. What a WAY to make me in a bad mood." She huffed and then crossed her arms, "Charms is so boring. Learning it is so tiring but knowing the spell is cool. I can't lie about that part.

I would recommend doing Potions first." Lizzie grinned and nodded her head. It was a secret Lizzie loved potions, "Maybe do Astronomy when you have everything else done but it's very interesting." She also loved Astronomy. She was thinking bout bringing just all her textbooks so she could chose whatever she wanted and then do it without fussing about having left it at the Common Room.

"That would be good to." She smiled once again and then stood up from the bench, "I'm going to be going now. If I recall from when I checked last night I have potions first. I do not want to be late." Lizzie then grabbed her bag, another apple and walked of out of the Great Hall while having a slight skip in her step.

"It better be something good." She mumbled to herself.

"Right! so a stew and some Spanish dishes"Cassie said to the other two. Blake's blushing a bit when he mentioned stew. Then Blake tell them that he like Charms, Potions and History of Magic. Cassie nodded at that. Blake also suggested to take Charms first and willing to help Cassie up on that subject. "I take that offer, I think I need all the help I can get if I want to pass any of the classes"Cassie stated.

"I hope. I hope I excelled in Defense Against the Dark Arts and Herbology if I want to be a Healer just like my mom and yes, it will be so cool if we all be good in different subjects then we can help each other out"Cassie smile upon that.

When Blake said about Charms class, Lizzie makes a remark about how boring and tiring the class was and she not lying that knowing the spell is cool. Lizzie recommended to Cassie to take Potions first. Cassie ponder at that. "When you putting that way, maybe I will attend Astronomy when all my other classes already settled"Cassie spoke to Lizzie. Cassie can tell that Lizzie enjoy that particular class.

Then Lizzie got up from the bench saying something she need to get going because she has Potion class and she does not want to be late. Lizzie grab her bag and another apple and walked out from the Great Hall. "I think we should set that up. The study session, I mean. Just let me know when both of you are in the library and I will be there. Bringing all my books and parchments"Cassie told Blake.

"I should get going too, my part of the room still a mess. I need at least tidy it up if I want to find all the books and parchments for our study session. See you at the library, Blake!"Cassie concluded. Cassie get up from the bench, put on the black robe with Slytherin crest on it and walk out from the Great Hall. Mom was right. Having friends in this school make it much fun. With this revelation, Cassie smiles.
