The gorgeous weather already had Pax in a good mood going into today's game. They were feeling optimistic about today, they didn't exactly know why, but they were going take the positivity and grin that naturally came to their face today as a win in itself. Leading the team onto the pitch with their head held high, they made the most of all the cheering and support that echoed throughout the stadium.

"Okay team!" Clapping their hands to grab the team's attention as they readied themselves. "I know I occasionally ramble on a bit on these speeches, so I'll keep it short and sweet this time. We've trained hard, we've worked our butts off in practice, and we are going to get this win because we deserve it! Right?"

It was their first time trying a call-and-response sorta thing, but they just felt the mood called for it. As Ethan said his piece, they adjusted their grip on their broom and beater's bat, before patting him on the arm. "We ready, team? LET'S GO, LIONS!"

Revelling in the cheers, Pax got on their broom and readied a smile on their face, waiting for the game to begin.

First Quidditch Competition. To be precise, it's Hana's first Quidditch Competition as the second string Chaser. Her arm is still recovering from the cut she got from the escape room game but this doesn't stop the thrill in her and she can move her arm freely now, just a fabric bandage to stop the slight bleeding. She really never cares about the wound, in fact, she always calls it the wound that makes her look braver and stronger. Hana sat on the bench holding the Nimbus 1700 from the Brooms Fund, it's not the newest model but definitely way better than the crusty school brooms. “Yes, team, we can do this!!”

Jada stood nervously, fiddling around with her broom. Her second game this season and she’d been promoted to the first string. All she could do was pray that this match would go better than the last one had. Almost everyone had ended up in the hospital wing after the Hufflepuffs had destroyed them. It was embarrassing, really.

Game day. A day that always left Avery in nervous excitement. Here she was, now a veteran to the sport than anything thanks to her experience officially and unofficially. This was her last game of her second year. A shocking discovery as she had now officially played on the team for over a year at that point.

"Let's go team! We got this! Let's go out with a bang!" Avery yelled out as she walked to her same spot at the bench that she always sat. She knew soon enough she would probably take to the skies considering the horrible defeat they had experienced in her first ever match which was actually against Slytherin.

Something was up, really something was up. Just a few days ago, she was at the pitch flying on her shooting star broom in the training pitch. No rules except to be safe, nobody trying to sabotage her, just flying. Yes, she really enjoyed flying, even though she was from a muggle family. But honestly, how in the world did she find her way onto the Gryffindor Quidditch team? And now she had a moontrimner broom, which she had to borrow, and she was on the bleachers with the other second strings. She had played unofficial Quidditch before, but mostly everyone there was a newbie like Laasya. Now, however, it was likely that everyone on the official team was experienced. At least she wasn't playing first string, or else she'd probably mess up due to her nerves. Maybe this was a dream. But after pinching herself a hundred times, she had to accept reality. She barely knew anyone on the team; there were the captains and Harlan, but that was all. She listened to the captain's speech, and she wished everyone good luck. Maybe they could do it.

It was her first Quidditch match and Chaewon felt very nervous. What if she makes her team lose? What if she will het hurt? However, Chaewon couldn't show how afraid she was, so the girl encountered er team.
"We will win this game no matter what and those Gryffindors don't have a chance to win! Let's do it!" Chaewon smiled and hoped for the best.

Last match of the season, last match of his first year at Hogwarts. Soon enough, Frederick would be back home for the summer holidays, the very place where his love for Quidditch had first begun. As he walked alongside the Gryffindor team, he tightened his grip on his Silver Arrow, the broom his parents had gifted him for his birthday, a month ago. They had always encouraged him and it was with them in mind that Fred stepped onto the pitch.

Leading the line of lions now as the first-string Keeper, little Buckley felt the nerves hit him. Still, before taking flight, Pax’s brief but encouraging speech, along with the roar of the crowd, filled Frederick with energy. The weather was perfect and he had trained hard. The anxiety would have to wait. “Right! Let’s go, Lions!” he joined the chant before kicking off into the air, soaring toward the three hoops.

Oonagh was ready for this game of Quidditch. Just like she had been ready for any of the other Quidditch games. She was frustrated that once again she would start on the bench, when she was much better suited in the air. She did however make sure to stock up on snacks to share with the other students on the bench and was ready to make bets on who would drop from the sky first.
