History/Background Story:
Crystal Jagger is the daughter of Maria Jagger and Ivan Jagger, her father being a muggle and her mother being a witch. She was born on February 11th in London, England. Her mother, Maria, owns a bakery. Her father, Ivan, is an electrical engineer. Her father is responsible for her interesting in taking apart electronics to see how they work as he often had her help with repairing things. Her parents were always nice to her and slightly overprotective, though that didn't prevent her from sneaking out. In fact the fact her parents were so keen on keeping her safe made her want to go out and explore more. From what she can clearly remember, she grew up an only child. But through bits and pieces of early memories she thinks that she had an imaginary friend that was a twin sister.

She was always adventurous, often exploring through the forests at a young age without her parents knowing, one of the main reasons for getting herself in trouble. But she would always make it a point to help others, whether they were a human or an animal. Throughout her childhood she was always surrounded by magic, even with her father being a muggle. Her mother made it a point to use it for daily chores to help with the work load.

Her first accidental use of magic was when crystal was around 9. She was wandering through the forest when she heard a loud hiss. Crystal was about two feet from an adder, she nearly stepped on the thing. The adder was primed and ready to strike when Crystal panicked. She didn't know much about the snake, and didn't know how dangerous it was. But that only made it more scary for her. Through her panic a small ring of flame surrounded her, and the snake slithered away from the sudden heat. As her panic died down, so did the flames. She ran home to tell her parents of the experience. Her mother was just relieved she was alright, and refused to let her out of a hug for a while. Her father on the other hand was lecturing her on how this is the reason she shouldn't go out alone. She was much more cautious about what times she went exploring after that.

Before Hogwarts, Crystal went to a muggle school. She was a very bright student and a fast learner, even if she got too distracted sometimes to work quickly. Her favorite class was always art though, and it started her love for the craft at a very young age. She didn't start out amazing though, it took her years and years of practice to get to the point where she is today. P.E gave her an outlet for her hyperactivity, and also had her exploring less dangerous places with adult supervision. She has one thing that she learned that didn't come from school, piano. Crystal loves to play the piano, and learned by watching her mother play it occasionally. Most of her piano talent is self taught, and she struggles to read sheet music. She mostly plays by ear, but wants to learn how to read sheet music.

When Crystal got her letter, she was ecstatic to be able to use magic to help her mother and others. Her parents being her parents were still checking every little thing up until she got on the train. Making sure she had everything she needed and giving her all the bear hugs she would need.
