2025/26 Stage 2 Slytherin vs. Ravenclaw: Match 4

Afternoon.

Axyen would watch Archer try to cast the Cracker Jinx... And fail. Which was bad, since the Slytherin's teammate wasn't doing much in the duel right now. "Hey Atlas, you REALLY should start moving soon!" Axyen said with urgency, but whether it would work or not at this rate was unknown.

Mylo would attempt to heal themselves and Edward would try to help... It failed and Mylo would soon be knocked out—as if to ensure his removal, the storm would send a lightning strike down onto Mylo. "WOAH—okay, everybody stop!" Axyen called for a halt to the duel while he assisted Mylo off of the stage. With a sigh, the Hufflepuff would step back onto the stage and get back into position.

Jessamine would try to cast Rictusempra and Archer would find themselves able to evade the incoming attack. They were still standing and the Ravenclaw team was now down a teammate. "Okay, Slytherin is down two and now Ravenclaw is down one! Do you think the tables will turn!?" Axyen continued to watch closely—making sure to watch out for anymore people going unconscious. The duel will continue!

Afternoon.

With less duelists actively going at each other on the stage, it was only natural that the duel would eventually fail to meet its prior intensity. Axyen would watch as Archer tried to hit Jessamine with a Flipendo, but the spell would never find its mark. "Okay, Archer missed! Will that storm do anything?!" Axyen commentated as he continued watching with immense focus.

Jessamine would cast a beautiful Rictusempra that would fly across the dueling stage and into Archer, doing quite a bit of damage and resulting in a lot of discomforted laughter from Archer. "What a cast, but despite how impressive that spell was, it wasn't enough to take Archer down!" Axyen was honestly surprised that Archer was doing so well right now. Edward would also aim at Archer, trying to cast Arresto Momentum to slow Archer down.

Despite the laughter, Archer would also be able to dodge that attack. "It... misses!" Axyen announced, watching the storm that decided to take a break from striking students down. Axyen would note that Atlas was still just... standing there. Is Atlas alright? Axyen thought to himself with some concern, but his attention would focus back on the duel.

"Let's see what happens next!" Axyen said, stepping back and allowing the duelists to fire off spells again...!

Afternoon.

The Slytherin team appeared to be frozen, as neither Atlas or Archer cast any spells or something like that—which allowed for the Ravenclaw team to strike at them relentlessly. The cloud above the Ravenclaws appeared to have fallen asleep and offered none of its former assistance for the time being, and furthermore, Archer's dodging ability seemed to have failed this time around. "H-hey guys...? You two should really—" Unfortunately for the Slytherins, the Ravenclaws would continue their attack.

Jessamine cast Flipendo and it soared directly into Archer, sending the Slytherin flipping in the air. Axyen visibly flinched, this didn't look good for the Slytherin who was appearing more and more beat down. "That was a VERY powerful hit, I—" Axyen luckily didn't have to finish that thought, as Edward also took no pity on the laughing Slytherin.

Casting Aqua Eructo, a water would erupt from the tip of Edward's wand and slam into Archer, resulting in Archer not only being wet, but also, water got into their eyes, which would most certainly blur their vision. The Slytherin continued to uncomfortably laugh, which seemed to hurt a little bit, but surprisingly, Archer was still standing. "W-wow, amazingly, Archer isn't going down quite yet despite taking two of those attacks head on...!" Axyen said.

However, that didn't stop Archer from being at a major disadvantage and Axyen knew it, especially with the ever idle thunderstorm lingering above. "I..." Axyen admittedly wanted to stop here, since Atlas was still frozen with something and Archer's current condition—but there were rules to this, and Axyen was sure it would pick up again... soon!

"Alright, let's see how this duel ends!!!!" Axyen said loudly for the crowd as he waited attentively for what was about to happen.
