Campion's Letters Home (First Year) Solo Yearlong

Mam and Dad (and Clover and Ash),

I was sorted into Hufflepuff! It's awesome! Poppy has been really great. She let me ride on the train with her, and she let me eat with her and her friends at the Hufflepuff table. Classes tomorrow, so I should go to bed. Oh, the dorms are really nice, though. I'm in the boys' dorm and everyone seems really nice.

That's excellent, son! I may have guessed that you would turn out to be a Hufflepuff. Your mam says I should add that you're a sweet boy, against my wishes. That's a bit too much sap so soon, yeah? We just saw you this morning. Ash doesn't know what a Hufflepuff is, but he says if you're in it, he wants in it too. One day the poor boy is going to figure out he won't be at Hogwarts at the same time as you.

I'm sorry I haven't been writing much. School is a lot more involved and more difficult than I was expecting it to to be. People are mostly nice, though I still haven't really made any friends yet. Everyone's just so... different from what I'm used to at Muggle school.
