Preparing for the party early spring tea party pv members

Marcella had woken quite early for the occasion. She decided to get ready in advance for the Early Spring Tea party. After dressing up, she made her way to the grounds. Cassie seemed to already be there. "Hey, Cassie!" Marcella greeted upon entrance. "What do I have to do?" she asked, as a smile gently adorned her lips. Marella wore a beautiful black mini dress with boots. To make everything organized, Cassie had already made a list of everything that needs to be done.

Cassie explained that they had to move the things they needed all the way from the great hall to the grounds. They had to lay the table, brew the tea, put all the desserts on the plates, and label everything. They also needed to prepare the picnic blanket, set up the two anonymous notice boards, and the Polaroid photo corner for extra fun. Last but not least, they'll pack up the welcome gifts for every party participant.

Marcella decided to take the things from the great hall first. "Do you have a plan for the arrangement of the tables?" She asked Cassie. After listening to Cassie, she headed towards the Great Hall. To take all the stuff they needed, she decided to use the Levitating Charm on them so she could easily levitate them to the picnic spot. She said “Win-GAR-dium Levi-OH-sa,” and did a quick swish and flick wand movement in the direction of the things, and she directed it to levitate to the grounds.

Harumi arrived to the grounds happily, it was time to prepare for the spring tea party, Harumi has agreed to be on the preparations team after she got invited, helping was one of her hobbies at this point, it's a lifestyle she is committed to.

----Aside from Cassie who arranged everything, the only person there was Marcella her friend from the library, the two seemed to have started working already, Harumi should probably go ahead and start working as well, the party won't arrange itself!

----"Hello, Mars! Hello, Cassie!" Harumi greeted before taking a quick look around to see what she can do. "I'll go ahead and put up the notes boards!" She announced before going to the notes board and levitating the first one with magic much like what Marcella.

----Sitting up the boards made Harumi curious what everyone is going to write here, just an encouraging message? Or perhaps a joke? Or a confession of some sorts? Hogwarts hosted lots of very different students, each with their own opinions and ideas, there's thousands of things that could be written if you're creative enough, and the students at Hogwarts were certainly creative enough to come up with different funny, friendly, and mischievous messages.

----Harumi made a mental note to check the notes board at some point, she needs to see all those notes, and perhaps even write one herself. Should she go with an encouraging message? Or something funny? The possibilities were endless, and the idea of anonymity encouraged her to write without fear of being judged.

----Having finished sitting up the boards, one thing remains, bringing the supplies, quills, ink, and obviously sticky notes. Harumi placed the supplies on a small table besides the boards. Let the students have fun writing notes for each other, or perhaps have fun just reading the notes.

----Now finished with the note boards, she looked around to find something else to do, and see who else arrived to great them as well.

Denise was excited but nervous about the tea party. She entered early, seeing two other prep team members, and recognized Marcella di Angelo from the Mix and Mingle Club and Harumi Everdane from the sport matches that mostly went wrong (but Harumi was a very intelligent company during those turbulent times, indeed).

Cassie Jiang explained the tasks in great detail. Marcella had already moved everything from the Great Hall to the grounds outside, and Harumi had placed up the notes board, which seemed like a fun activity to Denise, but not exactly her cup of tea.

"Hello, Marcella, hello Harumi...," Denise greeted, “How are you?”

Afterwards, Denise decided to place all the desserts on the plates, which seemed like a task that Denise understood. She had no idea how to brew tea, as her grandmother was strict on her caffeine intake, saying it was bad for her age.

Denise then notices the scrumptious desserts, feeling her stomach rumble despite having a drink just a few hours ago. Putting the desserts on the plates seemed fun, as she placed them delicately with love and care on every plate, seeing their variety and appearances. The plates soon filled up, but there was still a lot to be done, for placing the desserts on the plates was rather time-consuming. She had to wonder who made the desserts, for it looked delicious, and had to ask Cassie, “Cassie, did you make the desserts yourself? They look delicious!”

Sorry for being late in responses everyone, I had to pause for a while due to personal reasons. Also, I don't know if you want to specific who to interact with and our actions like in the party thread so I did so anyway.

Scarlet hadn't slept that night, too anxious for the Spring Tea Party. She scoured her closet looking for the perfect outfit before deciding on a simple one for the prep and a cute dress for the actual party. She checked her watch and noticed she was running late, so she threw the dress in a bag and raced out the door. Scarlet was terrible with directions, so it took her much longer than it should have to find the exit that led to the castle grounds.

Scarlet was huffing and puffing when she finally got to the site for the party. She scolded herself when she noticed that there were already several people from the preparation team there. Scarlet hadn't been properly introduced to everyone yet, but knew that there would be time to mingle during the party. She did, however, walk up to Cassie to see what needed to be completed. Eager to help, she jumped right in and grabbed the picnic blanket. She found the perfect spot in the grass to lay it down, making sure to smooth it out so there were no lumps. Scarlet then looked up, searching for another task to complete. She noticed that the tea wasn't brewed yet, so she headed towards the table. Scarlet was not a big tea drinker, so she hoped someone would join and help her.

It hasn't been long until a few students come to help. The first girl to come is Marcella di Angelo, a Ravenclaw Cassie knows from club activities. 'Hi Marcella! Thank you for coming to help!' the girl asks about the arrangement of the tables. 'The picnic blanket will be put where I am standing, so the tables should go there!' she points to her left. 'Do ask for help if the tables are too heavy!' she adds.

The next one to come is Harumi Everdane, another friend Cassie got from her club. The girl offers to put up the notice boards. 'Thank you! Remember to leave some space for the polaroid photo corner in the middle.' Seeing that she has so many friends willing to help, Cassie smiles. She recalls the lonely months she had when she just returned to Hogwarts after one year's absence. It has been months since she last felt lost and upset.

She then meets Denise, who offers to put up the desserts. 'Hi Denise! Thank you.' she says as she hears the girl praise her desserts. 'I learnt a bit of baking from my parents last year, and I enjoy making them. You can have a bite right now if you'd like. I am so glad you like them!'

As she is walking towards the desserts table, she sees Scarlet Payne, who is trying to brew tea. 'Hi Scarlet! Welcome to the party. Let's brew some tea together, shall we?' During her one year stay in China, Cassie also developed an interest in tea drinking, which has become a culture in the country. She goes through the list of tea they would be providing as she picks up some Earl Grey tea leaves.

Scarlet had been looking at the tea leaves in front of her for close to five minutes, a bit overwhelmed and unsure where to start. There seemed to be nine different types of teas, none of which Scarlet knew how to brew properly. She was at least able to find the beautiful and intricate-looking teapots that they would be brewed in. To her relief, Cassie ended up joining her at the table to help. "That would be great, Cassie! However, I'm not that knowledgeable when it comes to tea, so would you mind showing me how?"

Cassie began with Earl Grey, and Scarlet watched intently. She could tell that Cassie had a lot of experience with tea-making, so following her technique, Scarlet tried to replicate the process with the Chamomile leaves. To her surprise, Scarlet tried a bit of the Chamomile tea, and it tasted delicious. She was quite proud of herself and continued to work on the remaining teas. In no time, all nine teas were brewed and organized neatly on the table. Scarlet moved a stack of cups near the teapots and took a step back to admire their work. Turning to face Cassie, Scarlet said, "Alright, tea's all good! What's left to help set up?"
