One of the main concerns is that if there's ever an OOC falling out, the newly turned WW could choose to reveal who turned them. Once that becomes known, this person would basically force staff to proceed with a very hard series of IC and OOC actions that would result in a lot of people being very upset at the whole situation.
Basically, that plot is not recommended unless you absolutely trust your RP partner.
It's been done once, and that, fortunately, has been successful.
