"Oh, hello there! I'm Rosalyn, but you can call me Rosie! Welcome to the unofficial lavatory meetup, I suppose!" Rosalyn said, noticing the girl that had joined them after she spoke.

"So, Stephanie, you didn't bring polish? That's fine! I have a bunch of colors with me...which is your favorite?" she asked, pulling out all of the colors and putting them on the sink. There was a lavender purple, dark purple, emerald green, sage green, mint green, turquoise, sky blue, sunshine yellow, pale yellow, hot pink, light pink, black, midnight blue, sky blue, and gold. That was just what she had in her bag, she had a bunch of other colors in her vanity, but that was in her dorm and she didn't feel like walking up there at that moment.

"If you'd like to borrow some, feel free! Or if you want me to do your nails, that's fine too, just once I'm done with mine!" she said, putting on the top coat. She just had to let them dry, then they'd be good!

She looked at the color, a nice light-pink(which was her favorite polish she had), shaking them a bit to help them dry. She didn't know if that really worked, but she hoped so!

Alex's mind was just so grateful for having a free period, even though she loved learning things, especially in that cozy Hogwarts environment she just started to get used to. As she had nothing to do, she randomly went to the lavatory, because why not? And also it wouldn't be bad at all if she went to the toilet...

For her surprise, she found a group of firsties that she had already seen a seen a few times. All blondies, she noticed. She also noticed another thing that the girls had in common: all seemed to like nail polish. As Alex isn't blond nor likes nail polish that much, she felt kind of odd. Her extroverted side beated her taste thought. "Hi... ermm... so is that nail polish? I am Alex by the way. Alex Adams. How are you guys doing?".

Why? Why did she said that? She actualy knew the answer to the question: because she wanted to say something. Guess what, mission failed. That made all the girls stare at her with that kind smile... that she thought it actualy meant that what she said was just strange and out of context.

What if those girls started to dislike her? What if that was the beggining of seven years of bullying? What if- what if...? Oh no Alex, anxiety again...

Calm down. Alex's mind finaly calmed down... But she was still a bit stressed, what made her smile in a really strange way and run to a toilet. "Sorry guys sometimes I can be this ankward..." Oh no...

Rosy walked into the girls' lavatory with hands covered in mud and manure. She had had Herbology class and had forgotten her gloves. She walked in, hoping that it was empty. But as soon as she walked in, she saw multiple other girls near the sink, chattering excitedly and painting their nails.

"Oh, no" thought Rosy. What would those girls think of her if they saw her hands covered in mud and how was she supposed to wash her hands with the sinks so crowded? She knew three of the girls though. They were her fellow first year Slytherins. She recalled their names as @Fiona Green, @Rosalyn Willows and @Stephanie Kensington. There were also two other girls, one from Gryffindor and another from Hufflepuff whom she recognized as @Lenora Grace and @Alex Adams, who rushed into a bathroom cubicle the minute Rosy was entering.

Rosy awkwardly walked over to a sink and quietly said, "Excuse me" so she could wash her hands. She rubbed until all the mud was off and used a hand towel in her bag to dry them. Once her hands were dry, she looked up and saw how much fun all the others were having. She felt slightly jealous and wanted to be involved too. She rummaged in her bag to check if she was, by chance carrying any nail polish and unfortunately, she wasn't.

Rosy looked at @Rosalyn Willows as she was the one Rosy knew best amongst them all, considering they were dormmates, and said, "Hey Rosie, Fancy seeing you here. Which class were you in right now- Herbology or Potions?"

She stayed on the toilet for as long as she could, with no answer. That wasn't a bad thing, though. It could mean that... that maybe the girls wanted her to leave the toilet to talk to her!

Nope... That was too good. Erm... well, at least she left the toilet with a huge genuine smile. Huge, because it was more normal to Alex to have that type of smile, she guessed. And genuine because, althought nail polish isn't something that Alex... well... appreciates, the group seem kind-hearted, what grew some expectations inside Alex.

Her mind was full of thought, but She just ignores them. It was time to look at those faces. She wanted to remember them, it could be useful.

For what? Nobody knows. Alex actualy CAN BE this ankward, as you might have already noticed.

But focus, look at the faces. Mostly blondies... Oh! There was a new girl there, dark brown-haired girl, probably entered during the time that Alex was in the cubicle. She knew a Slytherins girl from them, Rosalyn Willows, who looked the most popular there, having lots of nail-polishes. That was the common-kid-girl science: the ones with more makeup or things like that, became the popular ones; well, it wasn't just that, because she knew that Rosalyn was a kind-hearted person. Anyways, Alex continued smiling like someone crazy, waiting for a reply.

Rosy was just waiting for Stephanie to say something when she heard a noise behind her. She turned around and almost jumped because Alex had just walked out of the cubicle. She didn’t even think before she opened her mouth.

“Hi!” she said way too loudly. “Your name is Alex, right? Alex Adams? I’m Rosy Parker.”As soon as the words came out, she wished she would never had said them. She felt silly for having jumped at Alex like that. Sure enough, Alex also looked taken aback.

She looked around, hoping nobody had noticed, but unfortunately everyone had. She saw that Rosalyn had stopped painting the others' nails and was now looking from Rosy to Alex as if she had never seen them before.

Any normal person would have stopped but Rosy wasn't really normal. She was kind of crazy. So, she decided to continue with her silliness even though she knew she would regret it later.

"You're a first year right?" she said, feeling more embarrassed than ever and trying to not look at anyone. "I think I recognize you from the Sorting Ceremony at the beginning of the year." Rosy felt so stupid. Alex knew what the Sorting Ceremony was and when it was held. She wanted to run off like a normal person, but again Rosy wasn't normal. She just stood there with a fake smile on her face.

Alex's smile grew bigger when she heard a voice. Though she wasn't familiar with that voice, she recognised the girl who uttered the words ensuring her name and year and telling Alex that She remembered her from the Sorting Ceremony. Uh... well 'What is her name? So Rosalyn? No, Rosalyn is that blonde one... well I actually think its similar... why does my intelligence keeps falling in the most important moments? WHYYYY!' however She needed to reply. Maybe just a developed "yes" could result. Why not?

"Hi!" 'oh how stupid, Alex! She literely told you her name!: Rosy Parker' "Hi, Rosy! I also remember you! Slytherin right? You seem cool... I wanted to say.. ermm... Fun! Yeah, you seem fun! And your names are...?" This last question was for the other girls, who were staring at them like they also wanted to speak. It wasn't a bad idea at all to let them do so, what made Alex self-prize her in her mind, as it was the only normal thing that she said untill the moment. Maybe not one hundred percent normal, but it was absolutely ok.

Again, staring at the girls, one by one, untill some reply. She looked at a girl during a couple of seconds, then "next", "next!", "next!" and so on. Sometimes, she would take a little longer to do that absolutely crazy stare at Rosy, hoping that she won't mind it.

Rosie was completely and utterly focused. She'd found a ladybug that was in the sink, and it had almost gone down the drain. She was trying to get it out so it didn't drown or something, and she was quite locked in on that particular task.

Once she'd finally managed to get the little thing out and it had flown away and to who knows where, she looked over at the two girls that had come in since she'd been focused.

She couldn't see one, as she was in a stall, Rosalyn thought. She recognized her, duh, considering the two were roommates!

"Hi, in there! My name is Rosie, not sure who you are! Does anyone want their nails polished? And hey Rosy, how are you?" she asked, not wanting anyone to feel left out, regardless of if they were hiding with a toilet or not.

She looked down at her hand, and saw something yellow on it. Oh, lovely. The ladybug had taken a piss on her finger. She went to the sink and scrubbed that off, because she did not want to deal with that being on her. It had happened to her before, but she still didn't particularly enjoy that...interesting way the insect dealt with fear.

She felt confused, as the name 'Rosie/y' was pronounce several times, as there was a Rosy and a Rosaline, she tried to understand who was the person refered in each time. Also, a few chatting happened, but Alex wasn't very concentrated with the conversation, as a group of ladybugs walked with rythm, in a funny way.

Suddently, another Snake girl, Winter, rushed into the room, wasn't she having classes? Nevermind, she seamed quite relaxed. Althought, Winter briefly presented herself, asking if we were in a secret meeting. Ah, hiiii!! Errr, I wouldn't say "secret" nor "meet-up", you know, we just are here randomly existing, nothing that thrilling happened yet. They seem kind... Er.. aren't you having classes? Did the professor let you go to the toilet? That is rare, man..." she asked, in a more chill way.

She shared at Winter, but then thought it was too uncomfortable for both, so She shared at her nose instead. It was actually a nose quite similar to Alex's, that was unusual. She had to admit that the Slytherin robes were beautiful, the green tone was great. She couldn't imagine herself wearing one of those, though, only for Halloween. She giggled in her thoughts. Overthinking when uncomfortable silenced appeared was really her comfort zone. Again, she looked at Winter's eyes, but not for long.

Hi, Everybody!

Rosie finally finished scrubbing the ladybug's filth off of her finger, and she went to dry her hand off. As she was using the towel, she heard a girl walk into the bathroom, joining in on whatever this strange meetup was.

"Oh, hi there! It's nice to meet you, Winter. My name is Rosie, Rosie Willows! And this isn't exactly a meet-up, per se, we all just happened to be in here at the exact same time!" she said, welcoming the new girl, who had introduced herself as Winter.

"Don't worry, we're not skipping class! Well, I can't say that for anyone else...I have a free block, so I just wanted to do my nails! Here, do you want yours done?" she asked, offering Winter the chance to join in on that.

Rosie finally finished patting her hands dry, putting the paper towel in the trash. No piss left on her finger at all, she felt much better about that.

"You're a Slytherin, right?" she asked Winter, pretty sure that she'd seen her around the Common Room or in classes, or somewhere like that. Her green robes also clued Rosie in to the fact that they shared a house.
