I tried to get my little brother into reading HP, and it hasn't worked super well. He likes the movies tho which is a relief!

She could barely read and said the Harry Potter movies were boring. My dad got offended from that

I refused to read them like all through primary school even though my teachers repetitively recommended them… And then one day there was nothing to read except the first book so I decided to try them. Anyway, there’s still hope

I HATED reading in second grade with a passion. Out of boredom one day I picked up the book and didn't stop reading until I finished. I then became a book lover, so I really have the series to thank for part of the person I am now. It also led me to writing because as a kid I would write fan fiction (Before I even knew what fan fiction was). My little brother may be beyond hope, its been like 5 years I've been trying, but I think I may be on the verge of getting him into Percy Jackson

nine years?? youre so lucky. my youngest sister is like four years younger if i remember correctly she had her bday last month and for the life of me i cannot remember her age
and we get in fights a lot due the close age range and it stresses me out lol

Yeah. funny thing is that my little bro who is nine years younger actually gets along better with me compared to my sister who’s only two and a half years younger. (Probably because she’s in her moody teen phase. )

My little brother is only 2 years younger, and he's the same way. To be fair our fights aren't all his fault, he may start them, but I have lots of pride and like to be bossy and get annoyed easily...
