Spring had come to Hogwarts, and so had the allergies. Wherever she went the sounds of sneezing followed. Most of them were caused by pollen and its likes but a couple unlucky people were allergic to Pygmy Puff fur. Unfortunately, they were all beginning to shed their winter fur coating the castle in omnipresent mounds of pink and purple fluff.
Originally, she hadn't really minded it but now, it was really beginning to annoy her, especially as it was getting caught on all her clothes and she really didn't have the patience to spend ages plucking it off. She'd seen other students taking matters into their own hands and clean up.
Maybe it wasn't such a bad idea?
Making up her mind, she decided to grab her wand and a couple trash bags, borrowed from another student, and find an especially nasty spot in the school to clean up. After wandering around for a while she decided on the Ballroom.
There were a few other students scattered around the room. One of the boys, cleaning in the center of the room caught her eye. He had brown hair of average length, fair skin and sported blue rimmed glasses. Something about him drew her in.
What was she doing? She didn't even know this guy! She approached him, an uncertain smile on her face.
Mind if I join you? she asked.
