You can always remind them that OOC is different from IC and you're not your character! I like playing mean characters (Silas is so incredibly rude and unkind, and my first gen PC Ruby is also not the nicest) but I'd like to think that I'm kind OOC

I was in the same boat not long ago. You were the first person I roleplayed with and I didn't really understand your character then either, and tbh didn't even understand my own character. I'm super grateful that you let me do it with you (even though I was new and didn't understand who Tes was) because I was so scared to do a RP, but looking back our characters were not even slightly compatible. I've learned so much about Kennedy and the website since then (it was literally less than a month ago but I feel like its been years...)
