Charms Homework
Saints, I needed a nap.
But first, I needed to do my homework.
I entered the study room, hpoing I'd find some empty table to sit at. I wasn't lucky that day, though.
But, in one of the tables, I saw one familiar face.
Kylie, I recognized. One of my roommates.
'Well, what's the worse that could happen, right?'
I don't know if I was feeling extremely brave or sleepy enough to do whatever at this point, but I approached her.
"Kylie!"
I greeted her with a huge smile, waving at her like a five-year-old child.
I took a seat next to her, hoping we could do the homework together.
"How was your day? Aren't you hungry? I'm starving. Maybe I should've passed for some food..."
I shrugged. It wasn't usual for me to talk this much. At all. But I was tired and, when I was tired, I wasn't entirely me.
I took a look at her parchment. Charms. Homework. Right.
I already had done half of it, but I still hadn't finished. Not because I didn't know the answers, but because I was too tired to finish it now.
Wow. Hogwarts was turning me lazy. My dad would say that school was a bad influence for me. And then laugh.

I hummed when I saw the chocolate frog.
"Yayy!" I smiled, thankful, eating it instantly and looking at her parchment.
"Hum. I already did... uh... astronomy, Defense, and History. Oh, and Herbology. All I got left now is Potions and... ah, well, Charms. Half of it. I already did the first part. I kept yapping as I stared at her homework.
"But it's easy, though. Too easy. Most of them, at least. Astronomy was a bit hard but I did it. I just don't want to know about any more homework for today.
Which is funny, I thought, because in my muggle schools I used to finish homeworks the same day they left them, especially when it was from my favorite subjects like history or literature. Wizardry was making me lazy, that was it. Definitely.
Dad would laugh at me and say 'finally you're acting like a girl your age!'. No. Dad can't know I'm getting lazy on homeworks. I don't need him saying he told me so.
"You need any help? I could go for the text books if you need them." Everything but finish that dam homework.
But come on, I already did half of it! I could finish it tomorrow!
